Overall great experience! The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were very reasonable. The food was tasty — especially the fries, which were fantastic! The appetizer selection was a bit limited, but everything we ordered was fresh and well-cooked. Can’t beat the great views and laid-back beach vibe. Definitely worth a stop when you’re on Tybee!

I am a local photographer who recently was hired to work an event here & I have to take a minute to shout out the AMAZING staff here! I wish I got everyones names but from the lady serving food to the guys behind the bar you guys go above & beyond! As a vendor I work with so many venues & staff & the staff at North Beach Grill were some of the best Ive seen! I highly recommend hosting an event here! Thank you all for taking care of your customers like they are family!

This is really a special place. Food, service, environment...close to the beach! First rate! All good 👍! Go there 👍! Parking is 8$ but still worth it!

The food is fantastic! Had the fish bites and they were divine. I then got the tortilla salad with a garlic dressing and the dressing was amazing. My husband had shrimp and fish and he loved it. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Best place on Tybee so far.

Having dinner in an oversized Tiki Hut is my kind of place. The food was delicious. One of our party got the jerk chicken. The aroma and flavor filled the area. My shrimp tacos were spicy but not hot. Another member of our party is a vegetarian. He had no problem finding dishes to choose from.

Great food! We were only visiting Tybee Island for three days and ate dinner there twice! Lots of gluten-free options.

Great location right next to the science center and beach access. I had the softshell crab sandwich and it was really good. I will say sit outside. We chose to sit inside and there was no AC and air flow was limited. It was actually hotter inside than out.

Coldest beer on the island! Staff is always friendly, and food is fresh and delicious with new introductions occasionally. Definitely worth the visit!

There was a wedding party with a tab at one of the bars so the place was pretty crowded. We told the host we were not a part of the wedding party and wanted to eat. They had us wait, but after seeing people who got there after us get seated we decided to check in. Apparently they didn’t understand what we meant when we checked in.

Once resolved, the food and service were great. Nothing fancy, but just what you’re looking for in an island bar and grill.

I only ordered the nachos and salsa (which is more like a Pico and the salsa is not.. a sauce consistency) but it was still super fresh and delicious. Others that ordered burgers, enjoyed their food.

Skinny margarita was good - you can taste the tequila for sure.

The vibes were awesome and a nice place to sit down post-beach in the evening!
