North Beach Bar and Grill

I totally recommend this amazing restaurant and the employees! The food is exceptional and never a disappointment. Also a huge thankful to the manager, Ron.. he went above and beyond, and helped me in the situation with my sugar as a diabetic. Was extremely low in the danger situation and he opened his restaurant to me and provided me with orange juice to help me stay alive, so a HUGE Thank you and I will always be Grateful to him and employees for being good human beings and showing compassion!! Thank you ☺️ and the seafood appetizer was so wonderful! Yummy 😋

The fries and fish were lukewarm and greasy and the batter was falling off the fish which was not crispy at all. The barmaid did not come back to ask if we need anything so we had to flag her down and she gave my husband the wrong drink. We talked to some locals who said they'd never eat there because of the food period of all the places we ate in Savannah and Tybee Island this was by far the worst. We would never go back.

I love this place. The service is great, they gave me everything that I asked for, and the food is AMAZING. If you plan on eating here I reccomend the white truffle lobster hoagie.

Outstanding. Sweet potato fries are drizzled with honey and balsamic. Shrimp tacos are knock out. Food quality, flavors, and portions are perfect (not huge portions… very filling though…)! Highly recommend.

Great bar. Very nice near the beach. Were there on Sunday evening. With live music. A quartet that was really good. The beers as usual, I can't see them anymore, but great cocktails at a fair price. Food great. Great atmosphere, I won something because I was the guest (together with my wife and a couple from HH) who lived the furthest away.

Terrible restaurant, with some of the worst food I've ever tasted. Low quality and big portions made for fat drunks. If you like good food, go somewhere else. If you do go here, you will a very pathetic looking man at the bar drinking all day and night, this is the owner. Going here is quite reminiscent of an episode of kitchen nightmares.

I was able to get takeout one time from this place and I had to go back to get the rest of the order they forgot to pack. Then the next time I tried to get takeout, they said they no longer do takeout. Seems they don’t value customers and revenue.

This place is kind of just really trying to steal your money because you're at north beach. The food is not good, came out cold. They won't make any substitutions. All their food is "pre prepared" (aka frozen and heated up). They also are NOT kid friendly AT ALL. No kids menu. For being on the beach and a family friendly island, it was kind of insane.

Kid-friendliness: NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL. Do not take kids here, they do not have a kids menu, or kid friendly regular food. Not even chicken strips on the menu or clams, anything... if you kids won't eat a full sized adult burger, don't bring them.

What an incompetent bartender! Literally just left. We walked in and sat at a couple open seats at the bar and waited patiently to be acknowledged. I watched an entire inning of giants baseball while waiting. After 10 minutes another couple came in and sat next to us, they were greeted after a minute and placed an order. Even after this, we were still not acknowledged. Not, I'll be right back or be with you on a second or anything. How bad at your job do you have to be to not notice that your customers don't have drinks when your job is to make drinks? We just got up and left. Saved me at least 30 bucks but did waste my time. Won't be back.
