My mom, sister and I drove down the Tybee for my birthday lunch on June 6. We arrived at 11:00 am, the time they open according to google. The guy at the hostess stand says “sorry we aren’t open yet. We will open at 11:30”. We then noticed the sign on the stand (not the door) that said they would open at 11:30. We were confused as to why the door would be unlocked if that was the case, but we left. We killed time for 30 minutes and returned. The girl behind the bar at the back of the restaurant yells over that they aren’t open yet. We replied “it’s after 11:30, do you know when you will open?” Despite multiple people being behind and around the bar, no one answered. It was super awkward and rude. We left and went down the street to eat elsewhere.
I work in customer service and cannot imagine treating people so rudely. They have signs saying they are hiring so maybe they are short staffed and I get that, but say that, don’t make customers feel unwanted. I was very much looking forward to lunch there, that was the only place I wanted to go because I love their wraps and spuds. Maybe they all need some customer service training, and next time lock the door if you are closed.

Took over an hour to receive our food. Just to see a table of four who were sat ten minutes after we placed our order, receive theirs first. Also the menu says 12 JUMBO wings. My wings were smaller than the lid of my blue cheese.
Other tables were complaining so it wasn't just us or our waiter.
After reading other reviews, I'm not surprised how bad it was for us.
Go elsewhere and thank me later.

This place USED to be nice. Recent visits have been far less than what you’d expect for an Oceanside restaurant. No, you cannot see the ocean from your table. My BIGGEST complaint would have to be the service!! The waitress with red hair was very slow, extremely rude and she was gossiping about other employees very close to our table. The level of unprofessional behavior was appalling! I spoke to a female manager (Christie, I think?) and she was just as rude as the server! The food is okay… it’s not bad. But you can go to other places on the island that is definitely much more worthy of your money! Atmosphere is so boring. Nothing to see but walls and tables. Hope this helps!!

Popped in here for lunch before heading to Wet Willy’s for frozen cocktails (which is a MUST, btw!). It was quiet, good atmosphere, and great service! I wasn’t super impressed with their chicken tenders, especially since they claim to have invented them, but they were still solid. Definitely go with the spuds over the fries, they are great! My wife got the boom boom shrimp and she enjoyed it.
