Interesting spot. Diner could use so love and tlc but that’s just my opinion. Didn’t know about the buffet until we got there. The server offered that to us. The food at the buffet was as you would expect it to be. The hash browns were cold, eggs over cooked, biscuits hard, but grits were ok. Server kept the hot coffee full and she was pleasant person. Probably won’t go there for the buffet again.

The only redeeming quality of this restaurant is the last male server with the loud voice that was a employee from the previous owners. He was great. As far as food goes the water was better than average. I won't say anything negative.

Bacon was microwaved, water was dirty, orange juice from concentrate was 4 bucks. My buddy didn't get his food til 10 minutes after everyone else (he ordered French toast) they also had a great burning smell

Greasy mediocre breakfast. Just a cash grab off of what the place used to be (a well established, good food, good soul breakfast) Spent fine dining money on okay-ish food. We got a country fried steak, 2 eggs with sausage and grits, and an omelette (2 adults and a toddler) and spent 80$ with tip. Everything tasted the same from the greasy “seasoned” flat top, and not nearly the quality or portions for the money. I will give it to the guy cooking the eggs, they were cooked perfectly. Tybee lost a good spot.

We had to wait half an hour to get in and then wait one hour to receive the breakfast, so much time for a fair experience

The service was not good. The shorter male waiter was rude and kept rushing us. The taller male waiter was great though. The food was edible but not great. We waited a long time for food to come out and were missing several items. At the end when checking out the shorter male waiter added a large tip for himself on each our tabs without permission. The manager tried to rectify it so I do give her credit, but by that point we had such a bad experience that we just wanted to get out of there.
