Honestly… I came to enjoy a nice night with my husband where he and I could catch up and discuss our week before he left to travel again, and instead our hibachi chef talked constantly and couldn’t keep quiet for one moment. All he needed to do was cook, not be a comedian. Not be a counselor. Not be a storyteller or an entertainer. Just cook. I know he had good intentions. He has to learn to READ THE ROOM. Not all people are extroverts.
The restaurant was clean. The waiter was pleasant who took our order. The sushi was good. The cook however talked too much and made unnecessary comments. For example, After me saying I wanted my steak well done he proceeded to tell me his opinion on how well done steak is not good for your body...blah, blah, blah. He claimed he was black and Asian so I think he felt like it was okay to say certain things. The table did not engage in the conversations he was TRYING to have. I...

We came here last minute and without reservations. There was a 25-minute wait, but it went by so quickly for our party of three. We chose to sit at the hibachi so we could have dinner and a show. It was excellent!! Firstly, my husband ordered hot sake, and maaaaan it warmed us up! Then we had two appetizers, the beef gyoza and shrimp tempura. The sauce that came with the gyoza was so delicious...
