The deliver sucks! We were supposed to get our pizza between 6:05 & 6:15 tonight and the guy has drove by 2 times already and we finally get our food at 6:43! GPS takes you right to our house. Ridiculous

Based on the reviews, Papa Johns Pizza offers outstanding service with employees who have smiling faces and are super nice, sweet, patient, and helpful. The new manager went out of his way to replace dropped pizzas and gave an extra drink. Staff have driven a forgotten 2 liter to a customer’s house. The pizza is delicious and hits the spot, with a must try combination of extra barbecue sauce, mushroom, anchovi, jalapeño, bacon from Canada, and banana peppers. There are better ingredients and better pizza. However, there was a horrible experience where a caller was put on hold for 10 minutes with nobody answering, and a promise for a free pizza after missing garlic sauce needs to be followed up on.
