Server Binz B 9/6/25 1:04 pm. Her service was horrible!. Nonchalant.Didnt like being there.after we ask if she having a good day. An she said no. It definitely showed in her service. Because of that I will not go back. She charge me 15,% gratuity. I feel that she never deserve. I don't accept her mood!!!!!!

Love love love! Everything from the food to the vibes was great! This is really great hang out for anyone really, but extra bonus points for the cultural addition! Can’t wait to bring my peeps by when they’re in town!

Went on a Sunday night and the waitress Kai seemed to be lacking customer service skills. Her approach and mannerisms contributed in Ruining the experience of the establishment. The ambience and architect was very nice. Kudos to whomever designed and decorated the inside of the place. The prices were reasonable. The drinks and pizza could have been better. Small cups/ glasses and not strong. This is no going out for drinks at a Mexican restaurant where you will be satisfied. Last but not least, they automatically add gratuity. This to me is unacceptable. I am not the employer and shouldn’t be forced to pay an employee of 1804 a percentage which I think they didn’t earn. Poor customer service equal poor tip. Overall I will not return even if it’s on a different day with a different waitress. This is only my opinion and experience. Try it out for yourself .

Great food 🥘! The oxtail and chicken pizza were on point. Ten of us sat at the table and not one person had a complaint about the food or drinks 🍹. The bathroom, however, could use a little TLC.

I was just passing through and found this restaurant on Google with a 4.3-star rating (don’t understand how).
I walked in around 6 PM, and the place was completely empty. At the far end of the room sat a lady who appeared to be staff. I approached and asked if I could sit anywhere. The response was a bored, half-grunted “Yeah.” Not exactly a warm welcome.

A different woman came by after a while to take my order — initially very friendly and helpful. But the tables were sticky, the front door handle greasy, and the windows spotted and dirty.

I ordered some appetizers, which arrived carelessly thrown into a plastic bowl, served with plastic cutlery. Not exactly inviting.

Later, a white Camaro pulled up, and a man wearing a t-shirt with the restaurant’s logo stepped out. He didn’t acknowledge me at all and strutted past with a puffed-up chest and a wide gait. Maybe the owner?

After the meal — which was at best average — I wanted to pay. The previously friendly server was suddenly cold and distant for reasons unknown. She slammed the card reader down on the table and muttered “Sign.” When I tried to tip, she snatched the device and added the tip herself. That was bizarre and made me get up to ask about it.

She told me the tip was “already included.” When I asked how much she had taken, she had to print out a receipt — which she was clearly hesitant to hand over. I felt completely disrespected and talked down to.

I’m staying in the area for a week, but this restaurant won’t be seeing another cent from me. They even pass on the surcharge for paying with card, ridiculous! The waitress may have been attractive, but her behavior was anything but.

Don’t take your foot off the gas, not worth it.

Came in for the first time yesterday ordered a GROIT COMPLETE I GOT A REGULAR... First of all second she told me 20 mins I waited an hr and some change for a simple meal they're just overhyped tbh don't waste your time Griot was undercooked also ! disappointing enough I found this on TikTok lol what a joke of a place

I ordered the oxtail pizza and it was delivered in 30 min but was slightly burnt and the meat was dry. Give the illusion you eating beef. Didn’t taste anything like the oxtail I am use too. Not sure if I will order again.

First time at this location, pretty pricey. 8 piece wing cost $15 for just wings , total with tax $18 for 8 wings and nothing else. Never again, but the location is very clean and nice
