I have to go to this DD in Union City Ga. some mornings. Let me say this, the staff in the morning are very, very RUDE! with the exception of one guy who is of another race. He is very polite, greet me with a smile, and hello, and a thank you. The lady who is there most mornings is Rude! she does not speak, it seems as if she hate being there( the heavy set African American woman). One morning she really didn't want to take my order, Sorry, that's every morning when I get a chance to go there. Something need to be done about the attitude of some of the staff. one girl was texting and making my coffee at the same time. On another occasion, this young lady had my card, and decided to pick her phone up while my card was in her hand! That seemed to be odd. I kept watching her.

Horrible place. Lock the restroom bc staff doesn’t want to clean them. Also will ignore you forever. Ended leaving bc no one wanted to serve me ice cream.

Asked for code to use restroom prior to purchase and was told it wasn’t working after a long awkward pause. Bathroom was not out of order. I’m certain it was because I’m black because the young black clerk changed her demeanor immediately after. She knew it was a lie and wouldn’t even ask if I wanted to purchase. Keep in mind, I’m the only one in the store. It’s ok, life goes on.

I ordered a cake for noon and had to wait an extra hour to get it. Waiting wasn't too big a problem but i got home and the cake was chocolate instead of vanilla. When i tried to call they just didn't answer and had a full answering machine. Honestly just disappointed

The team that was working on the 1:30pm shift on May 13, 2023 needs to be reevaluated. When my children and I walked in, no one greeted us, we stood at the ice cream counter for about 2/3 mins and no one even approached us. I had to ask where do I order. The lady took my order and walked away. When they made our order. The unicorn creature ice cream looked nothing like the picture. The sprinkles was on the side and the cookie crown as well. The ice has frost bite. They team in the back was cussing up a storm and on their phones. And the smell. Yeah I won’t be visiting here again. Thanks for the experience.

You don't get what you pay for through the delivery apps. They charge an enormous amount over the regular price and you get less than half of what you order. Dishonest service.

Asked for extra cream cheese, they didn't put it. I sent the bagel back and this is how it was returned. I literally sat in my car and prayed because I wanted to go inside and go off on the man for PLAYING in my food! Not the 1st time I've had an eye roll moment with this location.

Ordered here on Uber eats an hour ago a brownie sundae didn’t receive my brownie but got the Ice cream smh do better just because we order on the apps doesn’t mean do our food any kind of way Tf
I'm not a huge coffee fan of Dunkin but I had a gift card that I've been holding on to and decided, why not. The drive thru line was extremely long but they are fast and efficient. I ordered the avocado toast and it was really good, I even went back the next morning to order the same thing. I think I'm hooked, well done!

I went to D' Donut to check out the new breakfast wrap sandwich. It failed to meet my expectation, there was ¹/2 egg, 1/2 sausage with a small folded pancake and a pack syrup. It was good but not much to eat. My only complaint, overall everything else was great

This Dunkin sucks a*** The girl at the window wouldn't let me finish my order. Everytime I would say what I want she would continue to interrupt me and say "that's it?". It was extremely annoying and rude! Then when I get to the window she forgets to add my 2 snackin bacons and 1 of my ice coffees. Like if she was listening, instead of trying to rush me to get to the next customer behind me it could've went a lot smoother and faster and everything will be correct. But this isn't the only reason why I don't come to this location. They're customer service always sucks! They never have my order correctly, even if it's just 2 snackin bacons and a ice coffee, something is ALWAYS missing! It sucks because this location is the closest location to my house but I never have a great experience, or even a semi good experience there. It just sucks all around.
