I ordered a cake for noon and had to wait an extra hour to get it. Waiting wasn't too big a problem but i got home and the cake was chocolate instead of vanilla. When i tried to call they just didn't answer and had a full answering machine. Honestly just disappointed
The team that was working on the 1:30pm shift on May 13, 2023 needs to be reevaluated. When my children and I walked in, no one greeted us, we stood at the ice cream counter for about 2/3 mins and no one even approached us. I had to ask where do I order. The lady took my order and walked away. When they made our order. The unicorn creature ice cream looked nothing like the picture. The sprinkles was on the side and the cookie crown as well.
