quick and nice service !!!
for context, i ordered online (almond strawberry shortcake iced coffee) and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. got up to the window, there were 3 people behind the counter (understaffed.) lady at the window (which im assuming she was a manager of some sort) held up my drink and said this is not right, remade it herself, and gave me the drink without the cold foam. i was like wait it needs the foam and she put the tiniest dollop on top. not coming back, i work as a barista at...read full review
