This is one of my Union City stops. Staff are always friendly & attentive. They've been undergoing a renovation recently, so the inside has been out of sorts & sometimes the location has looked closed from a distance.I also recently had my first negative experience shopping there in the 6 years I have been patronizing the place.The staff member rang my (usual) order up incorrectly & when I arrived at work, I realized that 2 of 3 of my doughnuts were wrong.Hopefully, this was an...read full review
I asked for the cookie butter cold foam on a spiced sugar cookie latte and they gave me a regular vanilla iced latte with whip cream lol . I wasn’t mad I still enjoyed it but if you’re gonna charge .70c extra for cold foam at least give me cold foam lol not whip cream.. big difference.

I strongly don't recommend this location. It's completely disorganized. 3 or 4 ppl standing around and no one taking orders. The coffee is definitely not made correctly. This location needs good leadership.
