Ninja Japan Reviews
Steak is real tough and chewy. Food is bland. Service is great though. Just the food, lacks alot. The vegetables are just cabbage/shredded carrots. Flavorless and lacking any real flavor. Cheap quality and high price for food that didn't match
This place is sooo yummy! i just had the salmon over fried rice and sushi was yummy
While I have never had a problem with their sushi, it's quite delicious, the hibachi food has fallen off. Yesterday, I ordered the shrimp and steak hibachi with less rice and more vegetables, plus broccoli. Everything was severely overcooked. Hibachi vegetables are usually squash/zucchini, carrots, onions, mushrooms, etc. What I received was a pile off soggy cabbage with a few carrot slivers. The steak was tough and flavorless. The fried rice did not have any egg included. Nothing...read full review

Ninja Japan offers a variety of delicious vegetarian options, including avocado and cucumber sushi, as well as tasty eel rolls and wings. The food generally does not disappoint, despite some initial doubts due to a strange smell. The restaurant is known for its fast service, ensuring hot and fresh meals like the well-seasoned chicken and shrimp with flavorful rice. The establishment is clean, well-organized, and worth trying for a satisfying dining experience.
Customers appreciate that their sushi is quite delicious, though some have noted that the hibachi food has fallen off. Recent orders of shrimp and steak hibachi with less rice and more vegetables, plus broccoli, were severely overcooked, with soggy cabbage instead of typical hibachi vegetables. The steak was tough and flavorless, and the fried rice lacked egg and seasoning, tasting nothing like a traditional hibachi meal. Many still enjoy the sushi, but some mention that a two or three roll special now costs over $15+tax, and there are no "gay straws," only straight ones.
Some customers have experienced mixed interactions with staff. One reviewer was disappointed when they received imitation crab meat in their sushi instead of real crab, feeling somewhat frustrated about the missing items and overcharges. However, the service remains swift and kind, and the dining area is always well maintained. Ninja Japan continues to hold an "A" rating from the Georgia Department of Health, which shows their commitment to cleanliness. Overall, the restaurant maintains a diverse menu and a generally positive reputation, though improvements in consistency and customer service could make visits even better.
