I strongly don't recommend this location. It's completely disorganized. 3 or 4 ppl standing around and no one taking orders. The coffee is definitely not made correctly. This location needs good leadership.

If you need a case study on a poorly ran customer centric business this is where you should start. You will be ignored your order will be incorrect and your wait as you are ignored will also be extraneous. Good luck there's several other stores in the area I'd recommend those instead.

This is one of my Union City stops. Staff are always friendly & attentive. They've been undergoing a renovation recently, so the inside has been out of sorts & sometimes the location has looked closed from a distance.I also recently had my first negative experience shopping there in the 6 years I have been patronizing the place.The staff member rang my (usual) order up incorrectly & when I arrived at work, I realized that 2 of 3 of my doughnuts were wrong.Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and not a sign of things to come.I still recommend the place & still stop in on my way to/from work.

I worked here but the manager kept removing my hrs and doesn’t give explainations as to why he takes your hours. He’s extremely rude and expects respect when he doesn’t respect his workers. Plus I know how unhigenic this place is and how much they have to clean before inspection because of not, we’d get closed

DO NOT EAT HERE , THEY MAKE FOOD WITH NO GLOVES!! Khan who’s the manager there can not keep any employees because he’s very unprofessional. He’s very rude and he takes money out of the employees checks for things like wearing an AirPod , not coming in proper uniform , and if one person misplaces things like a headset he then threatens to take money out of everyone’s check. The only people that’s making what they’re supposed to make is his people who he hires. He also allows (his people) them to make food without gloves , flies are always laying and flying around the donuts. I’ve even seen him put Donuts back in the donut case that a customer left out the store with did whatever with them and brought them back! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK AND EAT !!

I asked for the cookie butter cold foam on a spiced sugar cookie latte and they gave me a regular vanilla iced latte with whip cream lol . I wasn’t mad I still enjoyed it but if you’re gonna charge .70c extra for cold foam at least give me cold foam lol not whip cream.. big difference.

I’m a service member that came in just to get ice cream for my children ; not only was the cashier cussing in front of customers she was upset saying that peoples hours were getting cut. That’s not customer service , VERY unprofessional , I then went to place my order with her she proceed to ask me if there was ice cream in the bin and walked over to verify the ice cream was there ,came back to the register and got on the phone saying she would call someone because she was upset about something . Basically the entire place needs a class on proper customer service I will not be recommending to anyone .
