🚨 Public Service Announcement
Yesterday afternoon, I decided to have lunch at one of my favorite restaurants in Union City — Dairy Queen Grille & Chill (6627 Roosevelt Hwy). Those who know me know I’m a stickler for excellent customer service, so when I witness something unacceptable, I speak up.
While waiting in line, a middle-aged woman in a manual wheelchair was ahead of me. Sadly, what I witnessed next was nothing short of disturbing. The cashier on duty was rude,...

Maybe the most consistent customer service in the entire city.
I can't remember anytime where I've had the wrong order or had to go back for any reason. Maybe it's because they're not on the main strip, but it is always a pleasant experience going to Dairy Queen.
