Applebee's Grill + Bar

I went to this restaurant today and they were absolutely terrible. The customer service was zero. I'm not a beggar, so you shouldn't treat me in such a bad way.

We had the appetizers triplets pretzel sticks were sooo good.

We had a large party of 9 that showed up around 11 p.m. The waitress did an amazing job, even though we had a long wait to get drinks. The food was really good...most of us had the appetizers. They were 1/2 off from 10 p.m. until closing.

Waited from 12:20 Am until 1:15 Am all We got were seated. No waitress came back to take our orders are anything. It were 4 waitress total there 1 waitress cleaned the tables around us as people from her table were leaving. We eat there often but tonight/morning we received poor customer service. We want be going back anything soon since nobody were interested in our service or money.

We sat the bar. The Food was good and Hot. The Drinks Tasty And Strong! Our Bartender Michelle was amazing! Definitely will be back again!

Service was extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken and over an hour for our food to finally arrive at the table. The restaurant was not busy on both occasions we visited. The bar is the only place where you receive great timely service. Servers were friendly but kitchen is severely in need of quicker cooks.

Akayla is a BADDY! Love this spot, staff is amazing, food is on point and beer is fresh. Probably my favorite Applebee's I've ever been to. 💯

I wasn’t even going to post this until I saw others had the same issue!

We walked in and were basically ignored..staff gave us strange looks and acted like we were a bother. When we asked for a booth, the host came back to the stand and said there were no tables or booths available because no one was available to serve us. He walked around asking which server could take us instead of following any type of seating order, they all declined us unfortunately and one yelled “I’m cut! I’m not taking no other tables” multiple times in front of everyone, even though she still had a full section of customers with menus and no drinks yet on a Saturday night at a location 3 hours before closing!! We drove over an hour to eat here, and this was just ridiculous. This location needs serious management and better staff! completely neglectful customer service. I will NEVER return to this location

Walked in and was eventually asked can I help you by a young man watching videos on his phone. Unprofessional. I then asked can we be seated at a table not a booth, while walking us to the table he stopped to say something to the waitress who replied “I’m not doing it.” So I asked was she our waiter and she rolled her eyes and said no. My wife and I sat at the table for over 15 mins and watched the waitress and the young man talk in a corner and keep looking over at us. He eventually walked over and said “sorry for the wait we are about to close” mind you it’s not even midnight and they close at 2am, so I asked for the manager and he replied “the manager is busy doing manager things.” Honestly what the heck does that even mean? This was an awful experience and before I spend a dime with rude customer service I’ll leave so we walked out and came to Inner Perimeter location who turned out to be the exact opposite.

We sat at the bar and the bartender seemed to be the only employee at first. She definitely worked harder than anyone else there. We could tell she was frustrated with the lack of help from others working there. The food was what you would expect. The clientele wasn't the best. 2 different people having conversations on their phone while sitting at the bar. Laughing, talking loudly. One of the few late night food options in Valdosta.

Tonight was a great service autumn was our waitress she did a great job Brittany was a great manager on duty and railyn also was helpful with attending to us. This night was the best service I’ve had in a while.

Our server, Katryna, was incredibly nice! The orders were quick, the service was great and the drinks were never empty long!
