Azalea City creamery

I went in here to get ice cream and the customer service from the employee was so bad I just walked right out. I love their ice cream, but when their employee is staring at me like I should not be there and not saying hello or even a word, I don’t even want it. SMH

My wife and I brought our kids here a couple weeks ago. Great selection, great prices, the owner is kind and the girl at the counter was friendly.

The ice cream is always good. The lady working today had a slight attitude, gave me a dirty look, and was talking to me in a condescending tone. Next time I come, I’ll look through the door before I walk in. If she’s there, I’ll wait until another day.

We went in after a doctors appointment at around 4:30. There were no customers in. We were greeted very warmly and served promptly. I apologized to the girl behind the desk about the mess My son was making, and she told me not to worry about it. She told me that they do not mind cleaning up after kids as they know the Superman ice cream will get everywhere. I really appreciate them being so kid friendly, and her not being bothered by the mess that was made. I did clean it up for reference. She then talk to us and made us feel welcome while we ate our ice cream and we left. The atmosphere is cozy, the ice cream is good, and the service is great.

Cute place.. ice cream great. A few tables and chairs for convenience of customers. Parking adequate.. in a nice red brick strip mall. Friendly

Vegetarian options: Ice cream but may not all be vegan

Parking: Parking in front limited but there is a large space in strip mall

Kid-friendliness: Ice cream : definitely kid friendly: kids were there getting different flavors and sprinkles that they might like

This is NOT a creamery. A creamery makes their own ice cream. This place just buys big tubs of ice cream and resells it along with tons of stale sweets in shelves. The problem is that they have an air fresher that overwhelms the whole store. Is it covering up something? You can't taste a single thing with that air smell. The bleach and cleaners are right in the open with an open drain and next to the ice cream. I bet a foreigner owns this place. This is just not American standard operations. Please don't go!

10/10! Some of the nicest, friendliest people. The service was impeccable. We had the banana splits and the portions were enormous. We highly recommend. 😊

I love ice cream but am lactose intolerant so I got the dairy free cookies and cream. It was delicious my only complaint is that I’d love to see more dairy free options (particularly butter pecan!)

We are visiting from out of town, and we have already been here twice! The owners and staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the ice cream is delicious. The coffee flavor is my favorite!

Nice place for ice cream made by “The Ice Cream Clubb”

Pulled up and got nothing but stares and glares through the window. Eyeballs full of hate . Would not recommend. Maybe a more friendly welcoming place :in town )
