The homemade banana pudding ice cream was Amazing! I also loved the bear claw. I had mine in a waffle bowl and my mom had the homemade strawberry chip in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. All was super yummy 😋.

ICE CREAM!

I went in here to get ice cream and the customer service from the employee was so bad I just walked right out. I love their ice cream, but when their employee is staring at me like I should not be there and not saying hello or even a word, I don’t even want it. SMH

Customer service on yesterday 3.13.25 around 7pm-ish was non existent. Young lady was on her computer in the back, my coworker and I were never greeted and she dryly responded (after she decided to come to the counter) when I ask her a question about the ice cream selection. At that point we left and did not purchase anything. Now I will say that on 02.12.25 at around 6pm-ish I stopped by for the first time and had fantastic customer service from a different young lady. I am sorry I don’t remember her name but she was sweet, friendly, took pride in her product and was upselling and I fell for it and got two scoops…great experience. I wanted more ice cream and I brought someone because of my first experience. It only takes a couple of minutes to gain a customer for life and a couple of seconds to ruin it forever. Management train your team and hold them accountable to Retail 101= Exceed the customers expectations.

My wife and I brought our kids here a couple weeks ago. Great selection, great prices, the owner is kind and the girl at the counter was friendly.

The ice cream is always good. The lady working today had a slight attitude, gave me a dirty look, and was talking to me in a condescending tone. Next time I come, I’ll look through the door before I walk in. If she’s there, I’ll wait until another day.

We went in after a doctors appointment at around 4:30. There were no customers in. We were greeted very warmly and served promptly. I apologized to the girl behind the desk about the mess My son was making, and she told me not to worry about it. She told me that they do not mind cleaning up after kids as they know the Superman ice cream will get everywhere. I really appreciate them being so kid friendly, and her not being bothered by the mess that was made. I did clean it up for reference. She then talk to us and made us feel welcome while we ate our ice cream and we left. The atmosphere is cozy, the ice cream is good, and the service is great.

Cute place.. ice cream great. A few tables and chairs for convenience of customers. Parking adequate.. in a nice red brick strip mall. Friendly

Vegetarian options: Ice cream but may not all be vegan

Parking: Parking in front limited but there is a large space in strip mall

Kid-friendliness: Ice cream : definitely kid friendly: kids were there getting different flavors and sprinkles that they might like
