First walking in, the restaurant is not clean.
I ordered online, my food was supposed to be ready by 12:33. At 12:48, I was still missing half of my order. What I had received was disappointing. The salad was slimy, bread sticks were no longer hot when I got them. I was issued a full refund for my order, which is why I didn't leave it at only 1 star. However, I will not return to this establishment.

My first visit to this establishment and it was a great experience. I was greeted like I was welcome 🙏🏿 Young lady that goes by sunshine I believe assisted me with my order, I had no idea what I really wanted, she made some suggestions. The pizza was great, I don't like a lot of bread with my pizza just enough to hold the toppings. The entire staff worked like they enjoyed working there. I will be going back for sure. Great prices. I almost forgot that part, I received what I paid for and it was enough.

Either fix the take out ordering process or get rid of it all together. There should be no reason I put in an order, wait 15 minutes for my pick up time at 6:35, then have to wait another 30 minutes because you haven’t even started on it.

Placed a order around 2 pm for a 515 pm pick up. I showed up a couple of minutes before my scheduled time and not only wasn't the food ready, but it also was not even started to be made. What is the point of ordering hours ahead for a scheduled time? Especially when if I were to walk in and place my order at the counter, it would have been made immediately. Once I received my food, you can tell it was a rush job. There was no care at all during the prep work. I have been to this place before as a walk in and had great service. But this time around is like a night and day difference. I would really hope this just was a one time experience.

I'm beyond frustrated with my recent experience at Blaze Pizza. I thought I was being smart by ordering online around 2:30 PM for a 5:15 PM pickup, specifically to avoid any hassle. Instead, my husband arrived right on time only to find our order wasn't even close to being ready. What's the whole point of ordering ahead if you're still stuck waiting around in the restaurant? It completely defeats the purpose and just makes you wonder why you bothered with the online system at all.
But the issues didn't stop there. To add insult to injury, the website's wording is incredibly misleading. I was under the impression I was ordering two full 11-inch pizzas. Imagine my shock and utter irritation when we realized we'd actually received what amounted to half an 11-inch pizza for each order – a measly three slices total! This wasn't just a small mix-up; it was a huge letdown and a serious misrepresentation of what I thought I was paying for.
Tonight's experience with Blaze Pizza was incredibly irritating, highly disappointing, and frankly, a complete waste of time. I expected much better.

1st time visit, awesome customer service, fresh ingredients. Had the lunch special 3 slices of pizza build the way you want it, and a drink x 2 == $13.58 now thats a deal for lunch.

I ordered my pizza on line for my daughter at 3 times a month and it's the same every time! She is addicted. Never had anyone with attitudes at all. Calm and quiet staff when I. There. I appreciate that.
