Why has Bojangles gone to AI that's so hard to understand and then you can't ask any questions before it comes on and says transferring to a human. I also hate the way they have 10 different vehicles pull to the side waiting on food so that they're 10 minute time stays intact.

I had coupons in hand, and at the bottom there was a note about $6 meals. I ordered one, but the manager told me I should have said I had a coupon — even though there was no actual coupon required, just the mention of the deal. If the discount is offered without a physical coupon, it should be applied automatically, not only if you ask.
When I questioned the offer, my food was thrown together carelessly and tossed in the bag, and my “no ice” drink was filled to the top with ice. It felt like retaliation for speaking up. The food quality was poor as well. Very disappointing experience.
Yummy breakfast foods and lots of choices! Their chicken sandwiches are big and very good!

I’m not really sure what has happened over the past few months, but the automated drive thru up charges me for a large every time even though I don’t ask for one. My chicken has been cold and the service slow. Also, my order is almost always wrong even though my receipt says what was ordered. I really hope they can get this figured out.

First time visiting this location. The place was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, and the food came out quick. I wish we had bone-in chicken down in FL but at least I know I can count on this location for friendly service and good food when I come up to GA to visit family ☺️
