The staff is friendly and the.food.is great! The blueberry cookies are phenomenal when they have them, the new sweet potato pie is really good too, the dirty rice is so flavorfull, and out of all the chain restaurants they have the best biscuits hands down!

Most every meal is fresh and delicious, but MORE importantly the staff at this location are phenomenal. They remember customers and are courteous, kind and gracious to everyone they serve there.
A bit disappointing for ten bucks. I got a chicken biscuit combo, large, with Southern style chicken instead of Cajun. I believe the hot spices are a cheap way to "add flavor". The chicken was large and flat. Seriously, it could have fit across two biscuits, but looked like it had been rolled out with a rolling pen. It also still had some "Cajun" hot spice on it. The biscuit tasted good, but was broken into several pieces. Bo-rounds were good. Could be more crispy. It wasn't a horrible experience, but I'm not thinking worth ten bucks.

Ordered a 12 piece Family Meal and a Bo cobbler and I didn't receive the cobbler I was charged for it .. They want answer the phone and the voicemail is apparently full 🙄 I wanted my damn cobbler ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚

Mash was extra runny, and Bo bites tasted dry and old. I ordered other combo meals and everyone was unhappy. I would have taken it back but we were running behind on time.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered at the drive thru & went to pay & she said my card declined, but really their system was down. It kept saying call for invoice. She acted confused & told me to come inside to pay, when she could’ve just went to the register inside and done it herself. I went inside to experience the same thing. It took ten minutes to even get someone to pull up my order. Finally, I decided to just leave. Won’t be back.

I ordered 2 fried chicken sandwiches and instead gave me grilled chicken sandwiches. I won't be back any time for a while if I go back. Don't know how you can get fried and grilled chicken mixed up.
