I ordered a combo, got my drink and waited while other people were served, then I was told it would be 15 minutes for them to make sausage. When I asked for my money back the cashier was rude and made me still pay for the drink that I only got because of the combo. Won't be going there again

The shift leader on duty today October 28th at 1:30pm went above and beyond. I hate I cannot remember his name. Our keys got locked inside our truck with both of our phones inside. He got the local sheriffs office to come and unlock it for us. Offered us to sit and wait and use his phone as a call back for the dispatcher. Food was good and his kindness will not be quickly forgotten. We make this trip at least once a year so we will now make it a point to try and stop here specifically. Thanks again.

The first time there was great, the food was hot and service was good,went there yesterday ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at 3:01 pm waited and waited,by this time my daughter was done eating and I waited long enough for 30 minutes, when I went up for a refund they there coming out with my food. We came back today on Friday 8th of August and the lady that waited on me remembered me she, she apologized and did a amazing job on the food!

We stopped after a day in Wild Adventure. The chicken sandwiches were good, and the fries were a bit too salty for me. They had a situation going on when we got there, something about a delivery driver receiving the wrong food .. Food took a few to be ready, I gave my name to Victor, and he added Carll 🫢 instead of the name I gave him, there were other people waiting, so another few to know it was me that they were trying to call. Place looked clean.

This is by far the best Bojangles I've been to. The service was great, the place was clean and everyone kept cleaning. The food was fresh and hot and perfect. Highly recommend.

I was so excited because I haven't had Bogangles in a long time, but this experience was garbage. Why is a robot taking my order? I ordered a regular sandwich as a deluxe and got a spicy regular sandwich. I didn't get a receipt but I know I paid for deluxe because I got the smaller combo for 8.99 and it ended up being 11 dollars and some change, and didn't want spicy either. If It wasn't for the nice lady at the window I would have given this place a 1. So I'm blaming the robot, it doesn't even read your order back to you like a human does. Terrible experience do better.
