Every time I come to this location it’s always something. Either the employees have no personality, they a attitude or the food is wrong! This time we ordered four cones for all of us. First the person on the speaker was rude and said come to the second window then the other girl at the second window took the card, without saying hey cat, dog no nothing! Just took the card and gave it back to him. The other employee comes to the window with the smallest cokes you’ve ever seen. she gave him the cones then closed the window and walked away. We looking at the window n like what the hell is this!? Long story short, if you have to drive a little further to visit a BK do just that, because this one isn’t worth it!

How you don’t have any whoopers allowed me to make my order online took my money get to restaurant to say they have no whoopers meat and the app would not issue me a refund because the cashier put it as I picked up my food. They need to shut this location down completely.

Waited over 15 minutes with one car infront of me to even order my food had 2 employees working one was working all the registers by themselves and had to wait another 15 minutes just to get food after being pulled to waiting status over 12 nuggets extremely unprofessional and well not worth the wait I won't be back
