This location is the dirtiest BK I have ever been to. That statement includes the BK in the Caribbean Islands. The filthy is OLD....no way this got so bad today. Leak stained ceiling tiles, sticky floors, not a single clean table, the bathroom was a horror movie set, walk in cooler standing open.... Lowndes county health department is to blame as well. Shameful.

Sad!!! Friday afternoon, no service!! 1 person working alone. Should've closed the inside so she was able to work and pish orders. Instead, 10 minutes wait to take an order and a 15-minute wait for food. Your people are your greatest asset. The better the service, the more money you make.

They were out of ice, what restaurant is out of ice when you have water, a machine, and power? They were out of napkins, and food items. It was a normal day, no certain event going on.

I don't think I would return to this location. We went to the drive-thru to order and then pulled around to the first window where we sat for 10 minutes with no other cars in front of us. When the girl finally showed up to the window she took my credit card and while processing the order wiped her mouth with her fingers and use that same hand to grab my credit card and hand it back to me.
