They microwave the food. Needs to be fresh. Staff acts like they dont want to help you at all and that we are bothering them. Needs to be fired.

Place online order got to store was told they were not taking online orders. Was told to contact customer service for refund, customer service quickly tried to offer crowns instead of refunding money. I chose to wait for refund. I ordered again 2 weeks later and had the exact same experience. If you are not taking online orders you should block it on your site. This was my go to store but not anymore.

Worst BK experience ever. Ordered mobile order and when I arrived they tell me they can not and will not fill my order . This order was payed for and my offer for the day was wasted. I am out all my money and hungry and they are no help at all.

one of the worst fast food experiences at this Burger King. The customer service was absolutely horrible—the staff had rude, disgusting attitudes and acted like helping customers was a burden. On top of that, the drink machine was broken and had no carbonation, so every soda tasted flat and gross. The whole visit felt unwelcoming and frustrating. I strongly suggest finding a different Burger King location if you actually want decent service and a normal meal.

Worst BK I’ve ever been to. They are constantly closing before their posted time and this morning I went through the drive thru 5 minutes after posted opening time and nobody ever tried to take my order. As I drove by the windows, I could see someone inside in the cooking area just scrolling on their phone.

I went through the drive thru... I never got to tell the lady what I wanted. She was too busy asking what seemed like a scripted process. I was steadily trying to tell her what I wanted on my burger and she was steadily asking me large or small. So I just told her don't worry about and left. I won't be going there ever again.

Completed order online to include milkshakes; arrived: was told no milkshakes available. Thought I might need to beg for more ketchup packs( limit is 3 online). Basically restaurant was clean and modern, men’s room was not. At least the place had boucous paper crowns on tables; and lots of black flies. Won’t be back, should’ve read other reviews first.Bye.

The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were traveling from Florida and stopped at BK for the Impossible Burger. Many times, I have been disappointed at other Georgia locations that don't have it or won't let you sub for a coupon. I will definitely remember the exit the next time we drive through!

Tried to get the $7 pick three deal and the person taking the order lied and said they didn't offer than anymore. But if I put the location online and order online, all of a sudden it is offered.
