The best Mexican food my family and I have ever had. Pineapple pork ! So many toppings and if your on keto its perfect! Fresh and yummy! The owner was so nice and the day after the hurricane to have such a long line and doing it with a smile. This will be our go to Mexican!

Online order of three items for pickup. Got home one of the items was missing. Called the business, they said come back in the morning to get your item or a refund. Didn't have time before work, drove there after work requesting the item. Manager refused to give me said item, and told me they don't get paid for delivery, and the refund for the item should be processed soon. Food is mediocre. Customer service, in my opinion, is ridiculous.
IMHO when you mess up an order, try to do something to compensate for the inconvenience.

El día de hoy estuvimos en la sucursal de 104 E Northside Dr por eso de las 7:50 pm pm, recogieron las bebidas cuando estábamos ahí, y cuando pedí un poco más me dijeron que ya no había más. Noté que cerraron una puerta de acceso una hora antes de su hora de cierre, varios clientes se fueron. No me pareció un buen servicio. Entiendo que los empleados están cansados y anciosos por llegar a sus hogares, pero si de los clientes y propinas generan sus ingresos, considero que deberían ser más atentos.

Last two times I went to Burritos to eat, I have encountered some of the rudest employees. Will not happen again, because they have lost my business. It's the two employees in the photo. This was in the evening both times.
