The drink machine kept putting black chunks of something in my cup tried to get mountain dew.the food was ok although my stomach doesn't feel well.

Shrimp with fries where warm almost cold.and coleslaw. Slaw was good.

Tables where dirty. While staff was talking and joking around. Only 1 person came in while I was there. Musice was ok not to loud until they put rap music on. Not coming back.

I ordered the two piece fish and fries. The fish was nice and crispy. I also enjoyed the hush puppies. The fries weren't hot though. I enjoyed the fish and hush puppies so much that I didn't complain about the fries. The price was also very reasonable. The only complaint I have is that it smells old inside. If they could renovate this place it would be nice. Also, we had to wipe off our table and seats because they were dirty.

I consistently order the same meal through the drive thru. Never had problem until tonight. Ordered 3 piece battered with double fries. Got home open container barely had any fries and only 2 pieces of fish. Partially my fault for not checking.

The cashier didn't know I was at the counter. Because she has her back turned to the counter on her phone. The person from the kitchen had to say front counter for her to notice. This was 10/12/25 between 12:50pm and 1:30pm.

This place has really gone downhill. The cost has more than doubled so we do not get to order very often but tonight we did and the fish books like dried up breadsticks u can’t even chew it because the batter on it is so hard it will break your teeth I tried to remove the battered part but the inside isn’t much better it’s dry as can be, and the chicken is tough as rubber. Fries undercooked and the coleslaw taste soured. You have to do better if u want to stay open because there are plenty other restaurants that offer way better food for the same price. It’s a shame the employees (cooks) that you hire are going to end up costing you your business.

I was on the phone with my 17 year old daughter while she's was in the drive thru and the lady who was at the drive thru window was EXTREMELY RUDE! My daughter is very shy and timid and did NOTHING to deserve to be treated as through she was am inconvenience for ordering food and asking for tarter sauce in the foam cup. The last acted as though she hated her job and being there. She took it out on my child and for that Captain D's will never receive another done from me and I'll make sure to post on my Facebook and ask my friends and family to take their business elsewhere as well!!! It's terrible that other people get paid to take their anger and misery out on paying customers!!

Holy smokes, we came in on Sunday evening and there was not a clean table to sit at. Food all over the garbage cabinet and grime on the soda machine. We were in there one night and the “manager” apologized for making us wait to order. She stated that she was in back, eating shrimp off the line. They need a manager that cares.

Their fries are the worst. They're always undercooked and not hot. The coleslaw isn't good either. They put too much mayo in it. The food used to be good but it has gone down the drain.

Waited 20 mins for an online order that I made 15 mins before getting to the restaurant. They kept forgetting the name for the order and they still messed it up. Was pretty rude because we wanted the stuff we ordered
