I ordered through the Chick-fil-A app and picked up at the drive-thru at 1100 N Saint Augustine Rd, Valdosta, GA. I had an 8-count Grilled Nuggets and a cup of Chicken Noodle Soup, and DASANI Bottled Water.
Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty! My order was ready quickly, and the team was welcoming and handled everything smoothly. The nuggets were perfectly grilled, and the soup was comforting and flavorful.
Great experience! Definitely a convenient and reliable spot for a quick meal in Valdosta.

This place needs a visit from quality control, because this is by far the worst Chick-fil-a I've ever had. Fries were completely uncooked, chicken was rubbery and pink. Nice Christmas decorations, but why is there an office in the dining area? The nice people working there need help.

The food here was the best. Try the meatloaf. The server was cheerful. Considering it was crowded the food can put pretty fast and was hot. I highly recommend this place.

We went on our honeymoon and the manger talked to us and was so nice and payed for our meal and the staff was all kind one of the best times we will never forget

This chic fila is the worse they always get your order wrong I ordered a spicy chicken got regular then they replaced it with a cold a Lupe warm sandwich then was appalled when I gave it bk! and by god don’t call and complain bc they will find out where you work at and complain on you for complaining about the service you received And the owner Charlie Cruz could care less as long as his lines are long and the money flow is there. He does not care how the customers are treated n what his staff does he actually encourages it
Only thing I have for them each time is not fork fork for the grilled nuggets and no sauce even after requesting it. And no napkins through drive thru.
