Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious! My order was ready quickly, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The sandwich was perfectly cooked, and the soup was comforting and flavorful.

I did a drive thru order during my visit. Staff was amazing, super friendly. Initially, when picking up my food they forgot to include the chicken wrap that I had asked for. However, they gave me no trouble when I came back around and let them know. Then I realized they didn't give me dressing for the wrap but I wasn't bothered by that. The wrap was still good without it.

I took my family to this Chick-fil-A expecting the warm, family-friendly values the company is known for, but we had a very disappointing experience. We were greeted by an employee named Tiana, who not only presented herself unprofessionally with a large spiderweb tattoo across her neck, but also had an incredibly condescending attitude. While I was trying to place my order, she was laughing and carrying on an unrelated conversation with another employee, leaving me to repeat myself multiple times. This lack of attention and courtesy was frustrating and completely unprofessional.What was most disappointing is that this type of behavior is the exact opposite of the company’s reputation for customer care and family values. If this is the kind of first impression management is content with, it shows a serious lack of oversight and standards. Needless to say, we left and went elsewhere, and we won’t be returning to this location.

They took so long on my order that I was late to work. When I got to the window they took about 15 minutes just trying to make my ice coffee. The ice coffee was horrible. They seem like they didn't know what they were doing. I thought this is Chick-fil-A that I was going to have a good experience with them and service before going to work. That experience was not good at all. Maybe 🤔, just maybe they had a bad morning that day. But I won't go back to find out again especially if I am on my way to work. Get it together Chick-fil-A, get it together.
