Like most fast casual chains, Chilis has gone downhill in quality while prices have gone up. Undercooked chips, jarred queso for 10 dollars, and main entrees that look like tv dinner fare. Come here for cheap drinks, don't bother wasting money on the food.

Posted a picture of the order I received for takeout. Mozzarella sticks were cold,chewy & stuck together with cheese falling out of all of them. only one side was sauced the other dry. Southwest rolls were the same. Coldy,chewy,one had ingredients falling out. I know it was most likely a busy night for them due to Valentine’s Day but I’m Pretty disappointed it was a Valentine’s Day surprise for my fiancé for her content stuff and it’s sitting in the fridge. Anytime we’ve gone here in person the food was fresh & well put together,staff is nice as well. takeout just isn’t given the same energy

Walked in and had to wait for someone to come up to the front to seat us. Waited for almost 5 minutes as 3 waitresses just looked at us and kept going. It was not busy at all, we were there around 4:30ish. Ordered our food which took a long time to get. When food arrived my sliders and fries weren’t even barely warm while the Mac n cheese was hot but looked and tasted old like it had been sitting there since opening. We never received refills on our drinks. Waitress was definitely NOT attentive to our table or our needs. Would have sent the food back but was afraid it would be another long wait to get the food back. Do not recommend at all.

My wife and I went to Chili's last night first time we've been out in a while our waitress Kathy was the best part of the evening very energetic very helpful stayed on top of everything she made sure we were took care of every time she walked by the table the dry rub ribs is what I always get they we're a little tough little dry you can tell they've been cooked for a while food was decent not taken away from that but it has been better all in all Chili's is a decent place to eat but if you go make sure you ask for Kathy with a K she has a tattoo on her left hand she is by far the best waitress in town thank you Kathy management should give you a raise you get 10 Stars

Absolutely ridiculous. I was greeted nicely, sat fast. All was good except I sat there for 20 minutes without a single sole saying anything to me and my daugher. One male server looked at us multiple times but never said anything or came my way. I never talked to a server at all. The sad thing is they weren't even busy. This used to be my favorite place to come and service was always great. Haven't been in a while. And don't plan on it. Just sad
Food was awful, we sat down order 2 salsa, chips, and drinks from the bar. One cup of salsa was watery and the other was good. We had to ask for our drinks but bar tenders were not there doing her job. We went thru one cup of salsa a basket of chips before our drinks came. We order the ribeye med with mashed potatoes and broccoli was mushy and nasty tasting. So they brung more broccoli and it was not no better they both tasted spoiled. My steak was med and should not have been tough but it was. Very tough and chewy. 2nd meal was the dry full rack of ribs. Which came out burnt and very tough to chewy and eat. The bartenders showed up to play catch up and then disappeared again. They had several works working but no one was very attendant to there tables. I would not recommend this location to anyone. We have travel all over the country and Chili’s is one of our favorite place to eat but not this one I’m sooo disappointed and disgusted with them. We visited the location in December 30, 2024 around 7ish.

Worst Chili’s that I have every eat at . Food was the worst. Ribs were burnt the broccoli was mashed tasted like it was ruin. I highly don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone . We have eaten at least 100 chilies by far this is the worst . Even the bar tender suck at her job !!!!

I ordered online and I was over charged. When I got home my food wasn’t even presentable. I called back and the manager was rude. I asked for a refund and they acted as if I never ordered and they couldn’t give me my money back. The manager then insisted that I take the refund of the wings on a gift card. They were only offering to remake the wings and the remade wings were worse than the initial order. What ever you do don’t order online with this restaurant.

I ordered a ribeye to go had it cooked medium well it was the toughest ribeye that I have ever eaten in my lifetime at any restaurant ever. If you go and eat at Chili's don't order the ribeye. It will pull your teeth out trying to chew it.
