Went here tonight, they brought my food out 20 mins before my girlfriends, my food was burnt and soggy, they finally brought my girlfriend’s food out and it was terrible. Worst chillis I have ever been to in my life.

Decided to stop in for a burger since I haven't had one in a few months and I was at Lowe's and it was close by. First time time coming here since I moved to the area about 10 months ago and I will say not the same as others. The swiss mushroom burger was basic and the bun was more like old and stale like you would get at convenience store. Plus the patties seem smaller than the bun.When I order a beer I would like to have it full an not two inches or so of empty glass. For the price you charge for beer fill the glass to the top like other places. The food took about 20-25 mins to come to the bar and they weren't that busy. The server was nice though. Next time I want a burger I will stick with BW3.

QP Burger & Fries for lunch. Bread on burger tasted stale/old. Meat did not taste well seasoned. Ordered well (because its chillis) half the burger medium rare the other half well. Fries tasted stale and old as well. Would not order the burger again. Excellent and prompt service. Would try again just a different menu item.

Very disappointed in the performance of this chillis… service at the bar was slow even though they weren’t very busy and once our food came out 45min after we ordered… which was only the triple dipper. Our tenders were not tossed in the sauce we asked and the bartender said they didn’t have a button or way to do that. After we had already seen 3 other triple dippers come out prior to other customers that were tossed in sauce. Do better guys.

This was, by far, the most disappointing Chili's we've been to. After a long 19 hour drive, we decided to stay close to our hotel and grab familiar food. It was a busy evening, but not busy enough to warrant the OVER AN HOUR it took to cook our food. We watched as table after table, even ones seated long after our arrival, received their orders. Not once did management come an address the issue. No. They let our poor server dart back and forth constantly to the kitchen to see if our food was ready. The least that could have been done was offer to bring us some chips or even saltines. SOMETHING to tide us over while the kitchen floundered to get our food to us. We definitely won't make this a part of our drive again.

I recently had the opportunity to enjoy the pasta with chicken and shrimp dinner. It was very delicious. Jasmine the employee who brought me my order was polite and professional!
Our party of four came on a Thursday night about 6:30. The restaurant was busy, but by no means crowded. I noticed on the way in the health department score was 92, a little lower than I like to see, but still in the acceptable range.
All service was slow, really slow. The waitress was slow to get drink orders, slow to bring the drinks, slow to take our food order. Our food was slow to come out, and refills were not coming. The check would have been slow, but there is an electronic payment kiosk on the table so the waitress couldn’t hold that up. Of note, two in our party got a cup of soup as an appetizer. The soup was brought out with no spoons. We had to ask three different waitresses before someone would bring spoons to eat the soup.
It wasn’t just our table. When we left at 7:50 there was a party beside us that had been there when we arrived, and though they had their appetizers, they still did not have their meals. They clearly had more patience than we had, I would have long left. Slow is one thing, forgotten is another.

I've been coming to Chili's for years and never had any trouble with the food or the servers - they've always treated me well and fixed any issue quickly if something came up. However, I've heard and seen a few things about the management that concern me. One time I was picking up a to-go order and standing near the to-go station when a male manager with spikey hair suddenly got upset and slapped a cup off the counter. It hit the floor and made a loud noise. I didn't catch what caused it, but it didn't seem very professional. I still enjoy the food and the service from the staff, but I think the management could set a better example for their team.
