Worst Chipotle Experience Ever

This was hands-down the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I ordered a chicken bowl, and it was like the worker went out of their way to make it terrible. The chicken was dry and flavorless, the portions were stingy, and the entire bowl looked like it was thrown together with zero care.

What really ruined it for me was the staff. The person who made my bowl was rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t care about providing decent service. It honestly felt like they hated their job and took it out on me. She didn’t ask what I wanted she demanded what I wanted. No respect, no courtesy, just attitude.

If you’re in Valdosta and craving Chipotle, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not worth the frustration or disappointment.

I just left this location and they have the doors locked during regular business hours which is a huge problem and an inconvenience. If the store is supposed to be open, then it should be open. There’s workers inside that have locked the door and are choosing not to work, everyone should be fired

When I arrived nobody was there and it was closed at 2:30.

Great Portions, Great service, and great quality! Team was kind and fast. This is the type of service I would hope to get at every chipotle!

Pretty good but the chicken was chewy so I picked it out.

The place was a mess, dirty and they had almost nothing left to serve.

They were out of guac at 12:30 in the afternoon… worst brisket I’ve had it tasted like they sprinkled a pound of pepper over it. Couldn’t even finish it.

Manager crystal was disciplining her employees in front of the customers. So if you wonder why this location is supposedly short staffed now you know why.
She doesn’t know how to treat the team members like adults.
It sounded like she was speaking to a 5th grader.

Shut down the lobby at 9:20 on Saturday night. Early closing 40 minutes early. They would only take online orders. I've never had a good online order from Chipotle. Ridiculous.
