Chipotle Mexican Grill

Service is always respectful and quick. Food is great, and despite issues in the past, the portion sizes have been quite well over the past few months.

Tried the Honey Chipotle bowl...very tasty!

I enjoy the food here, but the service is terrible I walked in to get food stood waiting for them to take my order but they were just standing talking to each other not acknowledging me or the person infront of me and the second me and the person walked out needless to say without food they started talking and laughing about us walking out. It was Saturday april 11th at 8pm, anyway afterwards i went to the dairy queen next door and they had great customer service I was in and out the drive through in 3 minutes and my order was correct so in all if your in the area go anywhere else like the zaxsby nearby or the dairy queen anywhere but here.

By far the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. They never have steak and there is never a backup plan for the staff. There is zero leadership and zero management. Go to surcheros or try the location across town. Running out of an ingredient from 5-7PM and not having more on the grill is unacceptable.

I keep trying to give them a chance but the service is so slow! Every time I come, I place an online order but still manage to wait 15-20 minutes past my pickup time. Third and last time coming here. You’re honestly better off going to Surcheros.

Only went there to pick up my son's order. I did not eat there.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered online. Rice, chicken, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese. I receive my bowl with half of the food missing that's supposed to be on there. The meat is salty, the bowl is dry, and it is disgusting. I ordered for pick up at 9:30pm, by the time i got back to work and checked and tried to call they were closed! No cheese, no corn salsa, no sour cream, and barely any beans smh

This is probably the worst managed chipotle that ive ever been too. From the garbage and food scraps scattered across the tables to the filthy bathrooms, this place is awful. The biggest thing this restaurant lacks is any and all initiative. It does not matter if the line is to the door. There will be one person trying to serve while the others goof off around the corner. It is honestly a burden to go here

Never have steak or chicken, chips are always soggy, and staff never offers to help and seem upset when you say you want what your ordered. Did an online order and was told they didn’t have what i ordered and would be 30 minutes unless i wanted a different protein, so i asked for a different protein just for them to say “i didn’t think you were gonna want the food so i didn’t think to mention we’re out of rice too.” Chipotle either fix your management or close the store.

What is going on here? Food out and rice uncooked. Employees act like you are bothering them to get food. Cook standing there like nothing to do. Piled rice 3 large scoops and two small pieces of chicken charged me TWICE for quac I only had one quac. Crazzzyyyy 28$ down the drain…. Never seen a chipotle like this and I have been to several across several states. Real problems not real food
