Coyoacan Mexican Restaurant

This was our first time in but will not be the last, the food was amazing, the staff very friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

I went last Friday or Sat night and the male host told me he couldn’t help me with takeout order “I can only help people who know what they want!” He said it in a demeaning tone. I had already told him what I wanted, just needed to know where it was on the menu. He sat several patrons refusing to attend to me even though I arrived first. His eyes looked like he was on drugs and his hand gestures made him appear erratic. I left without ordering, too much disrespect!

This food is thrash and the service is thrash. I have eaten here on various occasions since I travel to Valdosta for work. I have tried different meals and they are always bad. There is taste to this food is blend. Last time I tried the chicken soup, I was like how can anyone screw that up. They did, there was no taste to the soup and when I brought that to the attention of the manager, all he said was I’ll let the owners know. Still had to pay for the soup that I did not eat. While checking out the waiter proceeded to tell me that the food is Tex Mex cater to white Americans and college students. Do they not know what real good food tasted like, was my question. He shrugged his shoulders. He then told me that if I really wanted some good Mexican food I was not going to find it in Valdosta. If I can give this restaurant a zero star I would. I don’t recommend this place.

Food & service is phenomenal. The encouragement was laid back and cozy feeling. Server wasn't too upbeat and tentative. You can pick up on someone's vibes. She seemed mad, not smiling. Service I want to be greated like they're happy to welcome someone to their restaurant. I'm visiting from Maine. That's not a good impression for me.

Wonderful place to eat. They started us off with the freshest tortilla chips I've ever had. The plates were piled high with delicious food. They also make killer margaritas. Staff was awesome. Only negative thing I can say is the floor was sticky.

We had the pleasure of visiting the lovely Coyoacán Mexican restaurant for lunch today, and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic flavors that made our taste buds dance. The restaurant itself was spotlessly clean, which added to our comfort. The service was impressively fast, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. We can't recommend Coyoacán enough! If you're in the mood for some fantastic Mexican cuisine, this place is a must-visit! 😊

Awesome food. I had the Chimichanga and my wife had the fajitas. Staff were very responsive and polite. Would definitely eat here again.
