I had an amazing experience at the Cracker Barrel in Valdosta, GA! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Tina, the manager, truly made the visit special with her outstanding service and attention to detail. She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The wait time was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise! As for the food, it was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. I had the perfect meal, and it was evident that the staff takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food and fantastic service!

I take my grandmother here quite often. She loves the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The staff is always friendly and the food comes out promptly. We love this location!

The curbside pickup is horrible and just seems to be getting worse. I waited 20 mins for food to be brought out, called inside and was placed on hold. I ended up just going inside to get the order. This has happened at least 3 times. Avoid curbside and just do in store pickup. Just take the curbside option away if you don’t have the staff to complete!

" Oh spend the night in our parking lot we welcome travelers". Great see you in the am for breakfast.

Reality the cleaning staff take pride in blowing leaves and cutting grass that doesnt need to be cut (in feb) around your camper for 2hrs at 6-8am fully knowing people are sleeping. ( 5 other vehicles were parked too)

I litterly told off the grass trimmer off, he was so close to my van it was spitting branches at the vehicle covering it with mud and debris in an area with no grass (see pics) . He didn't need to be there he was just running the motor to be as annoying as possible.

Not coming in for breakfast after this experience.

Friend ordered french toast ans it was burnt. I ordered french toast with strawberries. I recieves something that resembled bread pudding.
Talked to the manager and he was very rude and hateful. He stated that there was a stove that was down and then told my friend that the thing that were going on in his kitchen was none of her bussiness. I would never rexommend anyone to go to this store ever.

The food was horrible and cold, just like the service we recieved! We actually didn't even finish our food. Horrible experience. Especially since it was the start of our vacation.
