The cashier that was working on the afternoon of March 23, 2026 in the afternoon is phenomenal. It was his first day back on the job after a long absence. He is so friendly and helpful. A big teddy bear. Give this man a raise.

As always, service was excellent and the mood of the extraordinary was upbeat….turnip greens were a little off but the rest of our party’s food was delicious!

Cracker Barrel parking is good. The restaurant is popular and was filled with many people. I was with a group of 5 and our wait was maybe 15 minutes. The building decor is nice. There's a shop when entering that sales gifts, treats, women clothing, very cute little girl dresses, etc. I love the shop. My group was seated at a comfortable table and the waiter was very nice, polite and accommodating. There's a variety of foods to choose from. You can have breakfast anytime of the day. My food and drink was good. The pancakes were great! The guest with me found their food to be good as well. Overall, I was satisfied with Cracker Barrel. 👍

Loved the employees they're such sweet people and very well to talk to. As one of my fathers side we got carrots, didn't have it and we got an entire gift card for any other cracker barrels! The manager was the best, a gift card over carrots is amazing. Our waiter was so sweet and so easy to talk to, I over hear the employees talk to others and even though it's their job they do it so well. We came very late and was still eating when the resturant closed, they let us stay longer. And I can go on for so much more, if I didn't live so far away I'd definitely visit this amazing place with amazing food! 10/10 love from Florida

Nice place and nice people, a best to get in and out of the parking lot. People will let you in tho. My husband never wants to stop there again. Too much traffic.

We love Cracker Barrel and we're traveling and I sadly have to say the breakfast i ate here was so bad. The eggs were dry and cold. The pancake i had no syrup. The biscuits and gravy i actually spit out 😬 The bacon was good..the service was fine. Very off experience for Cracker Barrel.

Decided to give the chain another try out of convenience to our proximity! I was surprised!! My old Cracker Barrel was back!!! Pre- covid style!!! Quality was seen being checked and double checked making you feel like CB cared that you felt like a valued customer!!!! Improved menu!

Food was amazing as always! The server was efficient and checked on us which was great she just didn’t smile and didn’t seem pleasant.

After we were asked, what kind of biscuits or cornbread would we want we never got them and we asked about the cornbread muffins or the biscuits and they said they ran out. This was at 7:00 PM on a Saturday night. We really like the corn muffins with butter and the biscuits and was disappointed that we didn’t get them and really didn’t get no better excuse other than they ran out.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would!!! I never make reviews for anything unless I truly feel compelled. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I don’t know the waitress’ name but she had bright red hair. We were seating almost immediately (which I was surprised being a Friday night a few minutes before 6pm) but then got bum rushed to put in our full order without even looking at the menu. The restaurant being almost completely empty when we got there. Got our drinks but our appetizer never came out other tables that got seated 15 mins after us got their drinks, appetizers and biscuits before us. Meanwhile the waitress making eye contact with me everytime she passes and getting completely ignored. When our food came out it was worse than a kid cuisine meal. She stated she would get the manager and weirdly enough both of the food managers were in the kitchen 🤔 the retail manager came out and you know it’s bad when she paid for the whole meal because of how horrible the food looked. The waitress comes back and acted so happy/excited/ laughed and even said yay when she heard we got our “meal” for free.
