I had an amazing experience at the Cracker Barrel in Valdosta, GA! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Tina, the manager, truly made the visit special with her outstanding service and attention to detail. She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Backwards. The dining room is on the right. The service was good, everyone was friendly. Clean bathrooms. I wasn’t crazy about my food. The bacon was chewy like it was just reheated. But the pancakes were good as usual.

Had to send back breakfast, with server that brought out my food. I believe she should have noticed it and never brought it out. It didn’t even look like the picture on the menu. Messy plate, food hanging over dish, sandwich appeared to be thrown on plate. Breakfast returned, appeared to wipe off dish, again smeared. Waitress named Journey, took it back and ensured it was corrected. Journey was the reason I didn’t just leave the restaurant and complain to management....
