Ordered on the DQ app and it was routed to their restaurant instead of the one I was trying to to order from. Called within minutes of placing the order to cancel it and they said they already made it so I have to pick it up. No way for me to reach their location so I said they need to cancel and put the money back on my card because I am not receiving any goods for that purchase so they are not fulfilling their end. Finally they agreed to put the funds back on my card and said I had nothing to worry about.
Fast-forward a couple days and they posted the transaction to my account, essentially stealing my money. Disputed the charge and called corporate because they stole money from me. Hope you lose your franchise. Never ordering from DQ again.

The place looks run down. My son said it looked like a 3rd world DQ. The food took forever also. The people were friendly. The bathroom was awful too. The fries were so soggy and wasn’t hardly any in the box with the chicken strips. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs an upgrade.

I visited the establishment today and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The cashier had a bad attitude, acting as if she didn’t want to be there. My order was incorrect and poorly prepared—I received barely any fries, the chicken tenders were awful, and my burger was missing the bacon I specifically requested. On top of that, the restaurant was out of nearly everything I wanted to order. Overall, I was completely dissatisfied and will not be returning. I hope management addresses these issues to improve future customer experiences.

Food was good. 6pc strips and good fries. Of course I was there at 1030, so fresh. Ladies were nice and eager to help
I was in the drive through today and noticed it was taking a little while longer than usual. I finally get up to the window and notice 2 people working, 1 of which was a new worker. i ordered one medium blizzard and sat at the window for about 10 minutes while the workers were doing there absolute best. Worker told me my card wasn’t working (chip is messed up) and told me my blizzard was free because of the wait time! Made my day for sure!
