the lady that took my order was really rude about closing soon and stopped taking my order another guy had to do it. when I got the food they had gotten my drink wrong and forgot my two pretzel sticks and only gave me one and we're really rude about it

Ordered from the app on Labor Day. App says they were open. Went to pick up food and was closed. Took $30.00 from me , tried calling and number was disconnected. No one has tried to contact me about reimbursing my money. If you order from the app there’s no way to get your money back , it says to contact restaurant.Update. Corporate supposedly contacted on the review. But link doesn’t work ??

During my visit to DQ Grill and Chill tonight for a frosty treat I noticed something in the kitchen that caught my eye. Multiple grease and food crumb covered boxes laying on the counter near where food was prepped. If that wasn’t enough of an alarm the person cooking food placed an empty fry basket on top of the nasty boxes, filled it with uncooked food, and then cooked the food for a customer.This needs to be fixed before the workers here make someone sick, if they haven’t already. Cross contamination and prepping food in unsanitary areas is no joke. I’ve attached a photo with the boxes circled in red. Please fix it.
