Ordered banana splits... After we paid we were told they didn't have any bananas! Make sure you ask first. They agreed to put extra strawberry and hot fudge, but it wasn't enough to be worth the expensive cost.

Should have gone to the Nashville store.

They slopped together a cheeseburger with way too much ketchup and pickles it was discusting I had to throw it out what a waste of money.

I have stopped at this location on 5 different occasions and everytime they have gotten stuff wrong with my order today I just wanted a salad took 30 mins to get my salad and sweet tea which wasn't sweet tea it was coke also to see that the ranch cups were inside the salad bowl on top of the food I'm supposed to eat well not eat at another dairy queen is almost like they don't teach any one to do their job

You're Welcome

Popped in today to grab a cake, noticed the price I was charged vs their price list was more than what I should've been charged. Alerted the manager I believe who she was middle age lady with red shirt no name tag. Said I dont know why that price list is there all annoyed, I get it drive thru line was backed up but, still no reason for the attitude. If indeed she was the manager she needs to be retrained.

Just an ice cream cone. Always a different way to stack the cone. Some are short and fat. Some are tall and just right. Some are leaning and some are straight. I do like their icecream.

Slow service. 20 min for food. Finally got it and he missed an entire order. He had stopped midway thru our order to let someone clock in and I guess the order disappeared when he did that. He handed us three drinks so I didn't check our receipt. Had to reorder the last order that was missed and waited another 20 min

Swung by the Dairy Queen on Perimeter, and I’ve got to say—it still hits the spot. The food was hot, fast, and exactly what you’d expect from a DQ run. But the real highlight? They still know how to make a proper banana split! Perfectly layered, just the right amount of whipped cream, and that old-school charm that takes you straight back to childhood. The place may not be fancy, but it delivers where it counts. Whether you’re craving a burger or chasing dessert nostalgia, this DQ does it right. Long live the banana split!

Ordered a chocolate dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard, they forgot the cheesecake and left half of an entire strawberry in my blizzard. I also waited probably 10 minutes for this blizzard even though I was the only car in line (with no one on the inside of the restaurant). I also saw a worker through the window leaning on one of the kitchen tables on their phone. They also charged more than the other Dairy Queen in town.

Food was as expected. No complaints with the cashier. Most tables were dirty but the floors were clean. One corner is under construction.

No ice in the dining room, no sweet tea in the dining room or behind the counter , no gravy for chicken baskets and no slaw. One cashier to help everyone and many employees standing around doing nothing. I attribute this to Extremely poor management because none of these things should have been an issue awhile I understand things run out a good manager would have ordered enough supplies to cover everything in the case that a truck is delayed.
