I’ve probably bought 500 cookies and cream milkshakes here. But they’ve gone from 4.79 to 6.99 in 2 years. That’s crazy. I got a bacon cheese burger combo with shake and it was 18 bucks. This isn’t Outback. And I didn’t even get ketchup with my order.

I ordered an oreo blizzard but got an milk shake with cookie pieces instead smh 😔

Everything was good except the cleanness of the eating area.

Each time I visit this location, customer service is top notch.
However, I could barely tell there was any slaw or condiments on my burger, the fries were stale and were truly not edible for human consumption. I was charged for lettuce and tomato, which would be a norm on any burger elsewhere. Pricing was unexpectedly over $30 for two; with a less than par dinner.

This dairy queen is not what it use to be. Orders all wrong almost every time. I wonder if they do drug testing here??

We stop here quite often. Always good service. Food is always good too. Employees are very busy but always respectful and polite.

Arrived at 732 in the lobby where there were 2 other families already waiting in line. It took the staff 21 minutes to take my order. I received luke warm French fries and burgers at 809. Still had to wait on the ice cream for our order as well, which was finally served at 814. I asked to speak to a manager, and a teenage young lady came out, I explained the poor timing, and her response was simply that we're busy and only have 1 person working the ice cream station.

I wish i could say this was the only poor experience I've had at this location, but this was the third strike, and you're out for me.

I feel bad for the franchise owner/operator because this is a horrible staff with little to no care about the fact that customers are never coming back.

Ordered 7 meal ask could I get water instead she said yes and was going charge 2.00 more . A drink was in the price yet being charged again and then forgot sundae. Poor service

Great service and eating experience. Less than a minute upon our arrival (4 of us) Maurice gave us a big welcome. His cheery attitude and infectious smile made us feel at home and that he was genuinely glad to see us. It wasn't just with us as we heard Maurice treat the customers who came in after us the same way. He is definitely one to keep. The place was clean and the food was good. We'll be back soon.

Dairy Queen was spot on today during our visit. Fast friendly service and the food was fresh and delicious. Best part was the manager who greeted us and took our order, very friendly and no issues with our order! Highly recommend!

We sat outside because we have our collie with us. The manager brought water for our dog, the bathroom was very clean, and all the food was prepared freshly. Great experience!

Very rude , racism included ,employees standing around playing while our ice cream had melted and continued to hand it to us like that .

The food in general is delicious, and the service was friendly, they just didn't nail the order 100%, some times were missing or wrong. We caught them on a busy night.

Drive thru was sort of busy so we parked and went inside, ordered a 4 PC strips with onion rings basket, a 4pc strips with fries, a double cheeseburger deluxe with fries, and a kids meal.

The strips baskets were both missing the toast though not a big deal, the one with onion rings ended up being fries, and the burger ended up being a flamethrower, not the double deluxe.
