Service was fairly quick, but employees were all yelling at each other, getting confused and not working together as a team. The manager was yelling at employees as well as customers as if they were an inconvenience.

I ordered a pecan parfait. There was so much caramel and pecans that I couldn't enjoy my treat to myself. I don't eat out much but when I do, I want my customer service to reflect the way I test the ones serving me. Is it so hard to treat others the way they are treating you? I'm nice to all workers but I keep getting treated like trash by these night crew workers. I don't think I'll ever go back and I used to work for this company for years in a different franchise.

If you are looking for a job I suggest you look elsewhere they don’t give you any type of breaks the managers are the only ones who get free food The manager Alex don’t train the new employees or make time to so he have his underlings train the new hires while also watching them struggle to do all the tasks required for the station as well as shouting at them from a far for them to hurry up with the order and please don’t ask him a question when he is busy ;he talks to you crazy then try to act nice afterwards there is no manager tending to the lobby when clearly it’s needs it ,it’s very chaotic and its not even that busy Yesterday I had to sit and watch somebody do the same thing I was doing just faster then the manager said that’s how fast I need to go and one thing I’m not about to do is rush around for 8 hours straight with no break , and no food for 10 bucks an hour , and the managers instead of helping out when there is a little rush they just watch you run all over the place while standing around talking ;overall worst job experience ever!!, never have I ever quit a job within the first week The energy there is terrible p.s They have minors working in this store specifically for 8 hours straight No break ! CRAZY RIGHT ?!?!

From an employee perspective my experience was awful. I believe in hard work and have always been the type to take pride in my job, but the environment literally brought out the worst in me. Was always understaffed, would only recieve breaks if labor was high, and would often be talked to in a very rude condescending way. Not ONCE had a customer complaint, would always smile, and was always a GREAT team player. I KNEW my worth and always stood up for myself when treated poorly. Isolated incidents of me standing up for myself was ultimately used to depict me as a loud angry individual when customers have always complimented me about my smile and positive attitude so if you're getting anything other than the sweet southern character that I know I possess, maybe you need to reevaluate how you're treating your employees. I've dealt with racial undertones from them and I am so glad I recorded because being fired because of how others DEPICT me DEFENDING myself against disrespect. You've also fired another black young lady for being "aggressive." Alex can't even KEEP an employee cause of how he talks to people so him gaslighting the way he does is BAFFLING to me. Possibly considering taking legal action.

If you've had a bad day, nothing will perk you up like a banana split from Dairy Queen. I use the drive-through and am always greeted by a sweet, friendly young lady who wishes me a blessed day as I leave.

Rude customer service through drive thru and the food was sloppily made. I would not recommend.

They have the Best chicken strips. Just the right amount of batter to make them crispy but not so much that you can't taste the chicken. The chicken is tender and juicy and the country gravy, well what could be better.
