My daughter and I were just there (8/25 @ 8:30) and the employee that took our order and gave us our food was super rude.

We went to this Dairy Queen a few days ago. My wife told me there was no soap in the ladies room, and an employee left the restroom before her. I told the management that there was no soap in the ladies room, and they just looked at me with blank stares. We won't be going back.

First time in my life I took a blizzard back. We ordered two Oreo blizzards. One I added extra brownie PCs. When I received it I immediately realized it barely had any cookies or brownies. It Tasted like plain ice cream.

Took it back to ask for a remake or refund. The owner refused. I won't be back .

Oreo Blizzard barely had any pieces in it. Manager seemed unbothered by my complaint. They need training. The other locations in Lowndes County are good. This St. Augustine Road location at exit 18 is a waste of time and money.

Once again blizzards where the candy is at the top and then the rest of the cup is just vanilla ice cream. A blizzard is supposed to be a blizzard all the way down to the bottom of the cup not just at the top. Please train associates to properly make blizzards so customers get what they ordered.

The blizzard was overblended, no candy pieces, just a milkshake. Asked them to remake it, and apparently it was the owner at the drive thru window and he would not do so, saying, "this comes out of my pocket." Not the first time this has happened at this location. Do not recommend. Drive across town to the other locations for better food and better service.

Today, I received excellent service at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but he was a young man with a beard, tan skin, and a black hat.

Food was really good! Fresh! Server was friendly, but overall service was a bit slow. Better than most other fast food.
