Really disappointed in the Dixie Cream Donuts here on Bemis every time we decide to go here instead of Duncan they never have boxes they never have a good assortment and the donut thing dry. I bought for work today and even though I got a large purchase they put it all in bags because they didn't have any boxes. If you're going to run a business and expect for it to get good service and good reviews then you need to put your time and your money into it so that it's worth sharing and bragging about. And just out of curiosity? What kind of donut shop doesn't have anything chocolate available at 8:30 in the morning? Work on it Dixie Cream.

I grew up eating Dixie Cream donuts (from the original location). I am so thrilled for their second location to be minutes from my home. This is my second visit to this Dixie Cream location and it’s been just as pleasant as the first visit. Carmen is such a sweet, professionalism and attentive employee! I appreciate her patience with me and my guests during our last visit as we were inquiring about donuts and contemplating other menu items. During this visit, I didn’t see a big selection but was thankful because all of my favorite donuts were in stock and I was able to try a new donut flavor! I will return soon! Thanks for the wonderful customer service Carmen! Thanks Dixie Cream for honoring military with a 10% discount!
Oh and thanks to Hayden for being so sweet, helpful and patient! Loved that she represented her faith and was open to engaging with me! I will return with my daughter so she can meet you and be encouraged to be bolder for her faith! Thanks again Hayden!

Great donuts and great people. Chocolate glazed are outstanding! I can't believe somebody gave them one star review without ever eating there or eating ordering anything because they didn't have their sign up yet. That hardly seems fair.

I seen when Dixie cream opened and have been interested in trying what they had. (Which I was unsure of) I came to the drive through, no menu on the sign and I asked the employee did you have a menu that I could look at, at the window so I could see what they had and he replies “we don’t have anything like that right now.” And I said thank you drove off and went to my usual red owl. Terrible service!!

Had a very disappointing experience at this location. The donuts I was served were extremely cold, which completely ruined the quality and freshness you’d expect from a donut shop. To make matters worse, staff still had the nerve to ask for a tip despite providing such poor service. Overall, it was a frustrating visit and definitely not worth recommending.

Guy was great made a last minute run for the kids and he was closing but opened back up and got me taken care of. All around great experience
My wife and I really liked our donuts, although one of mine was a little bit on the chewy side. There was an older guy behind the counter (I guess he is the owner), was a nice guy who liked to talk a lot. Cheap prices too! Worth the visit!!!

This is the BEST donut I have had in a long time! Since uncle regg used to take me, David and Chris downtown folkston to a local place were we got 3 donuts and a carton of milk for 1.25 that was the best.

We were back in town to visit family and could not resist a trip to Dixie Cream. It was just like I remembered as a kid in the 70’s thru college. The four children with me were all so excited. We’ve eaten donuts around the country as we love to seek out local donut shops during our travels. Our Dixie Cream donuts were hot, fresh, delicious and as good as I remembered. Jason, the owner, was very sweet to let us crowd into the counter seats and was quick to pack our order and pour our milk. Our favorites were the cinnamon roll, glazed and raspberry filled. They also have a “Cake of the Day” which is a blueberry. Try them while they’re HOT. Shop local...you’ll be glad you did!
