Perfectly cheesy, buttery, HOT, and all around the best we have received from this location. As well as, Alisha, our delivery driver, very quick and smooth handoff and very nice. I love their pizza, but the app was ? crazy. I watched it so I could time my pick up. It went from 25-28 minutes to ready. Thankfully, I live close to the store, so I rushed over. We need 10-15 a minute warning. You can't eat in the store so I didn't rate atmosphere.

I placed an order for ONE pizza at 8:13 and was given a pick up time of 8:39-8:49. I used toe app tracker to track the progress and when it said my pizza was ready, I waited for a few minutes for them to bring it out since I ordered it for carside, but no one ever came. I went inside around 8:55 to get my pizza and they tell me they can’t find it so it will be another 15 minute wait for them to remake it! After waiting almost a hour already! I live 25 min away and had my 6 year old child who needed to get home to get ready to school the next day. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else! This is POOOOOOR customer service and as a customer who orders here ALOT, it makes me want to go somewhere from now on. My order has NEVEF gotten “lost at another pizza place…especially after receiving a text saying that it was ready smh. I wasted a whole hour when I could’ve been home with my son. Thanks for nothing

Legit conversation I had:*Places in-app order for free pizza, gets call from store*:“sOrRy siR, wE cAn’T dEliVeR tO yOuR lOcAtIoN...”I live 6 minutes away. The store you’re telling me I’m supposed to order from is 7 minutes away.“iT’S aN iSsUe wItH tHe aPp siR iT aUtOmAtiCaLLy dEfAuLtS tO oUr lOcAtiOn bUt yOu’Re nOt iN oUr aSsiGnEd dElIvErY aReA.”Are you kidding me? ? For a pizza chain known for delivery, it sure seems to be unnecessarily complicated just to get simple service. Can’t change the destination in the app and can’t even get a decent response from online customer service to get the address corrected; I’m stuck in a loop of auto-generated emails assigning me a case ID and getting told to take it to the “responsible party.” Oh gee, thanks. I didn’t realize customer support WASN’T the responsible party to contact, DOMINO’S. ?Senior management and app developers gotta be laughing to themselves thinking of ways to make service as terrible as possible and lose customers because dude.. Domino’s pizza isn’t so good that I’m gonna continue to endure THAT type of headache ??♂️
