I've never had a bad experience here. The staff & drivers, when I order for delivery, have always been professional. Be careful when entering & exiting the parking lot!! It's doable if you're not a speeding dolt. There are a couple of potholes as well. :)

After ordering from here for at least 50 times over the past 3 years, I will not be ordering again from this establishment. I was put on hold at 935 today after being told I will have my order taken shortly. I usually order on the app but it was down. At 1010 I finally hung up and redialed which I guess was routed directly to the manager. The manager said we stopped taking orders at 10 and after I told him I'd been on hold for over 30 minutes he just responded "okay, have a good one, bye"... basically "I don't care at all about our loyal customers or their time."
I get it. You've only been open a couple of days after the storm but I've been working electrical lines everyday since the storm hit too and these are the times when you can see people's true colors. Good thing a new pizza hut opened nearby and there's another domino's not far from here. Very disappointed with the hires/manager at this establishment and how they treat their customers. At least a courtesy "hey sorry we're having issues, we can't take your order" when I was on hold for 35 minutes would have worked so I could have looked elsewhere.

Ordered a New York Pizza and a side of 5 cheese dip with garlic knots. The pizza was cold and I received the wrong dip (cheesy marina). The cheesy marina was barely enough to cover the bottom of the pan and was lacking flavor. Normally the pizza is much better then this. Not sure if it was day shift vs night shift, bit we won't be ordering late afternoon again.

Every time I use the app the time never matches up. I am always waiting an additional half hour. And the employees could care less that it’s not their fault it’s wrong.
Your able to order your food and eat your food, but actually getting it iscacdifferent story. Now I'm the only person in the drive thru line. After 5 minutes I have to pull around and go in side since no one ever came to the window. The after I walk in I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to give me my food. I have got to where I dread going to this location. The last time I went the app said my food was ready. When I arrived they told me to pull to the end of the line, which I did. When I got back up to the window, which was 10 minutes I still had to wait on my food. Maybe delivery is better, but not available at my house.

We always have our pizzas delivered and I always select leave at the door, but they never do, they knock/ring the doorbell over and over again until I answer the door.. which is okay it’s just very frustrating especially since I always leave a tip on my card and I feel as if it’s their way of asking for more.. because I don’t understand why they don’t just leave it at the door unless they don’t see that request ..?♀️

Ordered carryout around 8:15. Went to the store by 9:00, and they haven't even started prepping my order. Said it would take another 30 mins if I would like it expedited. Canceled the order and ordered from Papa John's around 9:15. I got my Papa John's order by 10:00.

Order at 6:20 and by 8 o'clock they still couldn't tell me how long it would be. The app said 40 minutes when we placed the order. An hour later they couldn't even provide an update. Stay away from this store if you want your food in a timely manner.
