What I mean is, used to be just the pasta in a dish then it changed to be able to get a pasta bread bowl. Now it's just in a dish again. Don't offer more coke options like Coke Zero. Asked for extra sauce and sometimes get little sauce.

Your able to order your food and eat your food, but actually getting it iscacdifferent story. Now I'm the only person in the drive thru line. After 5 minutes I have to pull around and go in side since no one ever came to the window. The after I walk in I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to give me my food. I have got to where I dread going to this location. The last time I went the app said my food was ready. When I arrived they told me to pull to the end of the line, which I did. When I got back up to the window, which was 10 minutes I still had to wait on my food. Maybe delivery is better, but not available at my house.

We always have our pizzas delivered and I always select leave at the door, but they never do, they knock/ring the doorbell over and over again until I answer the door.. which is okay it’s just very frustrating especially since I always leave a tip on my card and I feel as if it’s their way of asking for more.. because I don’t understand why they don’t just leave it at the door unless they don’t see that request ..?♀️

Ordered carryout around 8:15. Went to the store by 9:00, and they haven't even started prepping my order. Said it would take another 30 mins if I would like it expedited. Canceled the order and ordered from Papa John's around 9:15. I got my Papa John's order by 10:00.

First Domino's I've been to that has a pickup window. There is no need to get out of the car, lock it, go in, pickup, return to car, unlock, get in, place food down, start car, <add extra car setup before drive off>. Simplicity. The only star I removed (for food) is due to the pizza cook time. It seems it could use a few more minutes in the oven. Pizza chew feels slightly chewy, my expection is slightly tougher dough to signify thoroughly cooked. I'm not talking about a loud audible crunch akin to a Brooklyn style, but a bit more resistance, in between soft/Brooklyn, but perhaps that is just my preference. Other than that, the window attending crew is friendly, and they make sure to bring me my extras ordered along with my pie. Thanks guys!
