My 5 stars is specifically for Ms. Shamaya. Today as I was waiting for my mobile order she was the only one who acknowledged my existence. Plus, every time I see her she has a smile and is the sweetest person to talk to. Makes my day. Keep it up

I went to the drive-thru window and asked for a chocolate donut filled with vanilla cream and I was informed that they do not carry that donut but they have barbarian cream but no vanilla field cream and chocolate iced donuts but I've never found this problem in any other Dunkin donuts I've always found the chocolate donuts with vanilla cream icing and I was very unhappy about that

Waited in line to get donuts, when we stepped upto the register the cashier looked at us and turned and walked away, then proceeded to pour hot water in empty Ice cream case on the other side of the store... we waited as employees walked by without speaking a word to us... there were maybe 2 other customers in the store... We'll get our donuts from QT from now on... .

Did a door dash order will never buy from them again they are nasty for send me them hard add donuts and they all was nasty I didn’t ask for them ask for different kind of donuts
Order hash brown and they were soggy and raw I ask them to re cook the hash browns over and they told me they don’t re cook food , will not buy here again bad poor costumer service.

Caramel craze latte didn’t taste good. Employees were professional, but the Dunkin franchise food isn’t good except the bacon, and the drinks are inconsistent.
Donuts not even where you could see what was available...young man taking order was not familiar at all with items from menu...left off items we ordered... We just didn't want to even try ...sad service now days

I’ll give the two stars because they had the cases stocked and was able to sell me donuts. Customer service is nonexistent here, lobby was not clean, even the new cups for sale were dirty with coffee stains on them. I wasn’t greeted with a “Hello” or “Good Morning” or anything of the sort. I was the only guest in the building and drive through was empty as well. As an experienced manager, I was shocked to see about 8 employees just hanging out on their phones and talking. Furthermore, I’m not sure anyone was over the age of 20, which was weird. I decided to get just the donuts and leave, not taking a chance on the coffee. I drove 25 minutes to get here, and won’t be making the drive again after trying the donuts. Honestly, I highly suggest Publix donuts if you’re shopping for some on a Sunday, and if you’re interested in a coffee go to Elliano’s. This place needs help!

Went yesterday to get a iced coffee. When I knew it didn’t look right I said something and the boy working the window argued that it was right even though I knew it wasn’t because it was darker in color. Unprofessional on his part. I had to go in and get another coffee made because just like I said it wasn’t right. ?
