Three people are standing around one guy on the register doing everything. After a few minutes, another guy came up and helped him fill orders. One girl standing near the drive-through doing nada. The girl was on her phone bent over a counter near the drive-through.
I do not like donots from Duncan. Thru the years, they have changed drastically. No taste, fake like, and u have to eat it up as soon as u get them. for the next day it becomes a weapon . U can break a car window with it. Their Bagels I love, they are better than Einstein bagels n cost less.
This Duncan donuts was in a pilot gas station. The customer service was ok. They yelled out “welcome to pilot” when customers can in.I don’t drink coffee but I know how important it is to some. We stopped here for the Duncan coffee. There is a small Duncan counter with donuts, muffin and coffee. The coffee did not taste good. The water taste like muddy water. A few people complained and an associate remade the coffee. We left and did not get the refill. Someone need to look...
