Food was bland. A bit plain to me. Taste like cardboard!! I took one bite and asked for a refund and they said they can only remake it W*F?? Why would I want you to remake the same terrible sandwich?? I just threw it away and never went bk.

You don't have to be Einstein to realize $7 is a ripoff for a bagel and small coffee. If it was super fresh it might be easier to justify, but that doesn't seem to be a priority here. Staff is indifferent. Maybe if you're hungry and already at VSU, but I wouldn't go out of my way. Don't forget to ask them to warm up your bagel...
