My husband and I went there to have dinner.
The nachos was a bit too dry, bit beans taste good. The wrap with cheese I ordered was tasty, but not easy to eat. The nachos and cheese which was on my wrap was grear conbination.

The place looks beautiful inside and the bathrooms are very clean. Although the food tasted good, I wish it had more protein. Paid extra to have beef, chicken, and shrimp, and only got three small pieces of each. Most of my plate was onion and bell pepper. My server was very polite and friendly to all the tables she serviced. I wish I could remember her name to give her credit. Aside from all this, the refried beans were good, but I wish the salsa had more spice. Also wish they had more classic Mexican music instead of loud Bad Bunny music, but that’s just a preference.

The decor was bright and fun, but none of our food was good. The table side guacamole needed lots of lime and salt, the bean dip and salsa lacked flavor, my cheese enchiladas were bland, and my husband’s beef tacos were dripping with grease.
The servers were really friendly, but they were not well informed about the menu and were slow. My husband ordered the 3 beef taco combo for $12.99 because he was told it came with a side instead of ordering 3 a la cart beef tacos for $9.75, but he wasn’t served a side and then was told by another server that it didn’t come with one. We were charged the price for the combo despite only getting a la cart tacos that were almost too greasy to be edible.

Just visited while attending the downtown Bluesberry Festival. The food is delicious, the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is upbeat. The bartender and manager are super nice and will go out of their way to ensure your visit is pleasant and you're happy. 10 / 10 recommend.

Great spot in the middle of the town! I ordered the cocktel de Camerones (shrimp cocktail) and it was amazing! Lots of places miss the mark on this dish, not this spot. My husband got the enchiladas and enjoyed them as well. Complimentary chips n salsa & bogo margaritas during happy hour (everyday 2-6) were a hit too. Will definitely revisit when I am in the area.

The service was pretty good. We did the outdoor seating so the scenery was great. However the food is where it went downhill. The salsa didn't have much flavor at all. So we didn't expect the dishes to be better. Ended up splitting a orders of nachos. The did serve some black bean dip, which my wife said was really good.

We sat outside but inside looked fun too.
Awesome service! Margarita menu was unique which is a nice change.
Very lively and popular with pricing being fair.

Restaurantji Recommends
We ended up here for dinner on Super Bowl Sunday after reading a couple reviews that called it “the best Mexican food in Valdosta.” I need to share my experience with this caution: Whether or not that’s a glowing recommendation depends on the restaurants it’s compared to!
Pros: It was open on a Sunday night. The decor is cute & vibrant. The waitress was sweet.
Cons: Although we were the only diners there, the kitchen was very slow.
The lights blinked off repeatedly & the waitress apologized & told us, “they’re messing with the breakers.” Distracting, but when they shut off the TV in the middle of the 3rd quarter of the Super Bowl—that was too much!
The music was loud & enervating. My husband is hard of hearing, so I asked if they could shut off the breaker for the music. 😜 The waitress agreed & went to the back, but the music kept going. 😬
My husband’s enchiladas looked like someone had rolled a tortilla around some meat & poured sauce on top without baking it.
My pork carnitas looked like a reasonable serving, but it had huge mushy chunks of fat in it. By the time I picked out the meat, it was clear that fully half the serving was made up of cooked onions underneath.
The medium order of guacamole was okay, but the salsa did not have much flavor. There was another bowl of sauce (?) that tasted like runny puréed black beans, at a guess.
In short, although my husband was not unhappy with his meal, I left hungry and am not willing to return.

After enjoying a couple of beers at Georgia Beer Co. I decided to take a stroll around the block and give El Paso Tacos a try.
I picked up the chicken fajita dinner and it was delicious. The chips were crispy and fresh, the bean dip that came with it was to die for and I'm not super big on salsa but that salsa kind of slapped.
On top of some delicious food, it was served quickly and the energy of my waiter was great. The guy was very attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed and was enjoying my meal.

I went back in January of 2026 and the quality of the food has not diminished! I ordered the grande burrito and it was absolutely delicious. The salsa was still amazing and the service delightful.

I can see why they were voted the best Mexican restaurant in Valdosta! Pretty good food and the prices weren't bad either.
