The food at this El Toreo is absolute trash. Everything we got was either soggy, super oily or just all around nasty tasting. I absolutely love the El Toreo in Ocala and used to go often which made this experience even more disappointing.

I grew up in Valdosta and El Toreo use to be the place to get Mexican food. I'm sad to say that it has definitely gone down. It wasn't the worst Mexican I've ever eaten, but definitely not the best. We will definitely pass next time.

Came in last night 30 mins before closed and still had great friendly service from the greeter and bartender , two for one margaritas were tasty and the steak tacos were fire, thanks for the experience.

Food was ok but staff was so rude! I would NOT recommend. Customer is always right - NOT THE MOTTO HERE! Not kind and they don't know what it means to have good customer service. Hostess rude - Manager rude - Server took the attitude of manager and was RUDE. They can not handle large parties - very disorganized!!
Unfortunate bc this was not my experience the first time and came back today. BUT WE WONT BE BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Just left there and the lady manager charged my 3yr old as a guest which out us at the 6 guest limit for them to charge me a 18% gratuity...I would have a our waitress(which cone to find iut was the manger)double that..i went to tell her that she would have got more she started arguing with me so I walked out. Then as my wife was paying for our meal she told her to tell me that I disrespected her by walking away while she was talking...sorry senorita this is a free country and if I want to walk away from ignorance then it is my freedom...very rude and un professional would not recommend if coming to valdosta there r many more better Mexicana restaurants to goto!
