The Joy Shot is my favorite coffee in all of Valdosta. It replaced Starbucks nitro cold brew with sweet cream for me. They are always kind. Really glad the Baytree location reopened.

No matter what time you show up for a snack or a drink there is always a pleasant face ready to greet you and help you, great spot for fast breakfast, as I currently travel between Gainesville fl and valdosta this little coffee shop keeps me alert as I drive home and greets me when I arrive in town. Highly recommend!!!!

I got a coffee & breakfast croissant from here, my coffee was good but food was not. The bacon was very burnt & so was part of the sandwich. I don’t appreciate that because I’m at work now and can’t eat.

I come here EVERY morning to get my coffee and ham egg cheese. The quality of service, coffee, and smiles are unmatched every. single. morning. Some stellar employees- Lexi, Alejandro, and Shai. Everyone there is amazing, but these 3 employees have a heart of gold. Always so sweet, willing to casually converse, and if any of them are there, I know my cup of coffee is in good hands. Shai however, deserves a special shout out for going above and beyond. She has my order memorized to a T and has already had my drink and total ready for me before i’ve arrived at the window more times than I can count. That will make anyone feel special. I truly hope my friends at Ellianos know just how appreciated they are. If you want some amazing coffee with the service to match, this is where you’re gonna wanna go to start off your morning ♥️

My coworkers and I order coffee here almost every morning. It is the same order every time, and the only change is who picks it up on their way in to work. We all work food service, so we understand that some days are worse than others. Typically the coffee is great, and most everybody gets frozen sugar coffee so its pretty hard to mess up, but today it wasn't frozen at all. When I grabbed the cups I almost spilled the supposed to be frozen coffees on myself as they had already defrosted due to sitting in direct sunlight in the window. At $7 a cup i expected the frozen coffee to at least have a bit of ice left, even after waiting in line for 15 minutes, but frozen coffee shouldn't come out as a liquid, even if they are only being paid $10/hr.
