Food was disgusting. I ordered chicken Alfredo and had to wait 32 minutes. The rest of my table had ordered spaghetti and had finished eating before I received my order. This was the worst Alfredo I’ve ever had. First and last time going.

Like a lot of other fellow travelers we always try to make sure to stop at a Fazoli’s on our road trips. Today was no different and we stopped in here on our way up to Blue Ridge, GA from Florida. Anita took our order, while also having to take a drive thru order, and was AMAZING our entire time sitting down and eating here. The food came out great as well and we have always been very pleased with every Fazoli’s we’ve stopped at because we’ve always had amazing service and great food every time. I certainly want to praise the staff here for their kindness and great service and can’t say enough good things about it. If you get a chance even driving through the area do yourself a favor and stop by and enjoy the good food and great service here. 10/10 and definitely will continue to stop here whenever we are in the area for lunch or dinner.

I’m never one to leave reviews EVER. But they highly deserved one! The food is always good, but the service I received on December 3, 2024 is insane. I asked a simple question as to why the drink was an up charge on the combos, the girl, Shaniah E., replied back with that’s how they always are. and i just said okay and drove away. i have to go back inside because my drink was wrong, while o go inside to fix my drink, im assuming she goes over to her manager saying ‘ tell me why this girl had an attitude about an up charge on a drink.’ i was trying to keep myself calm and not go over there, but because i had to go out of my way to fix her mistake, i walked around the corner and said ‘that girl was me. i’ve ate here several times and never had that charged how it was.’ the manager or whoever she was talking to seemed clueless as to what to say to me while sitting down in the dining room. VERY unprofessional. I explained to them i would probably never be back again because of this and she said okay have a nice day as i was walking out. INSANE experience that i have NEVER experienced at this location!

This is my very first time trying Fazoli’s. I’m on the road going back home to Florida and needed something filling to get me thru the rest of the night. Jermaine hooked me up! He made sure everything was on point and fresh! His customer service is top tier. You should be proud to have someone like him working for you.

This is by far the worst Fazolies I've ever been to. The food wasn't bad, but 2 guests while I was there had complaints about hair in their food.
