The French dip was the WORST. Sandwich I’ve ever had. Usually a die hard Firehouse fan. But the French dip was a complete miss. Unedible. Great service tho, employees were great!

I misplaced a pick up order for my family and ordered one of the subs with the incorrect bread. I placed a second order for the exact same sandwich with the correct items with the full intention to pay for both.

Shane called me and gave me a refund for the mistake when I came into the restaurant. I really appreciate the extra time and effort Shane went through to provide me with this experience.

I just recently started frequenting Firehouse Subs on Ashley St. My most recent mobile order on 9/3/25 I ordered the Italian without bread. Basically, a sub in salad form. I forgot to uncheck the toasted bread option in the app seeing as I didn’t have bread. Miranda with firehouse tried to contact me and figure out what I was asking for. Me, not recognizing the number I didn’t answer. Anyway, long story short. They made my sub in a tub, and included a toasted bun with my order just in case! Smart move! And as always the food was great! The meat and sauces are so good! That parking lot is questionable with how full it can be but, definitely 10/10 will eat here again! Oh! And mobile ordering is your friend! This location stays super busy!
