During my visit, the cashier representative appeared quite unfriendly. There was no smile or warmth in their demeanor, and they seemed either angry or upset. The lack of communication and positive interaction made my experience uncomfortable, leaving me uncertain about whether I would return again.

ordered my food last night and half way through eating there was a strand of hair baked into my burger, i was disgusted. called the store the next morning to get a refund for the inconvenience seeing as the burger alone was $13 & i was told i could not be refunded until next sunday when the general manager is back is store, its not worth the wait however i will never be going back to this location or a five guys again if this is how they handle unsatisfied customers

Only complaint is I did an online order and I assume it should be easy to read but I had missing condiments on my burgers and the meat was overcooked like burnt edges. As much as the food costs I do expect better quality and accuracy.
Great burgers, clean environment, and fast service! Five Guys is a fantastic spot for a delicious, made-to-order burger. It offers a unique combination of fast food efficiency with a sit-down restaurant feel. My food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh. The bathrooms were spotless, and there's ample parking available. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, exactly what you'd expect from Five Guys. During my visit, the weather was beautiful, making the all-window dining room even more enjoyable. You definitely won't be disappointed if you stop by!
