Nice and friendly staff. As it was my first visit, I asked for a recommendation on an iced coffee. And Liz recommended the Cubano. It was made perfectly. Thank you Liz. I will be back to try more of there variety of coffees.

Be careful when paying with a debit card. Right after I purchased a coffee from here, my card was charged through Venmo by an account that claims to be DoorDash. They take $10.69 every month. I know these are connected to my purchase at this place because my debit is connected to my Venmo account and I had only used it here before these unknown charges showed up. Hopefully management takes this seriously and checks their payment system.

Excellent coffee shop. I’m a big coffee snob and this place passed the test! They make their own syrups, have unique drink selections and the espresso is done right!
I can’t speak to the food, but at least go for great coffee!

i recently visited the GUD Coffee Co at 133 N Patterson St, in Valdosta, GA. I went into downtown Valdosta and stopped for a light breakfast. I was nicely greeted and placed my order for a Danish and a coffee. It's a very nice place in the lobby of a hotel. There were many people enjoying the morning. It is a place I will go back to. Very nice.

On my initial visit years ago they were honestly mid. Brew was unremarkable but not bad; whole beans were overpriced and lackluster.
Was out and about when I decided to see them again and they’ve changed places, hired some baristas that know how to make a good coffee, and now have bespoke Roasts. Overall improvement. Look at this latte art! Very Gud Coffee with a nice atmosphere.

When I relocated to Valdosta in late 2021, I was determined to make GUD Coffee my place. I was familiar with its then-new smaller downtown location through a previous visit and was immediately impressed to see their quick expansion into their current space.
As with all life transitions, I had no idea what was in store for me over the last few years. But the one thing about which I could be sure is that GUD did become “my place” via my countless visits to socialize with a new friend, meet with a professional mentor, or more often than not…to just sit and be held by this incredibly special place as I read a book or spent time deep in contemplation over cold brew.
In preparing to move away from Valdosta, it’s been a privilege and an honor to be a small part in the story being played out here. There is truly no communal gathering space more mystical than the coffee shop, and GUD fully honors that archetype for a town that desperately needs more of it. I will sorely miss the moments spent here, watching the world drive by on N Patterson as people filtered in and out on a coffee run. This has been the perfect spot to curl up and wrestle with life’s mysteries, hardships, and never ending questions. Because amidst all of the uncertainty, I always knew it would be very, very good coffee.
I got the vanilla bean coffee and it's devine. The service was excellent and the vibes are peaceful

This is THE BEST coffee shop in Valdosta. I come to Valdosta once a year for a service project and this is my favorite place to go. The space is huge and welcoming and the rest of our group usually ends up here for studying or hanging out. You have to try the brown butter latte. It is amazing!!

My wife and I were passing by this town and were recommended Gud Coffee by the batista at Just Love Coffee Cafe, since their espresso machine was broken. We weren't disappointed! This café has such a great atmosphere and ambiance. Delicious coffee too. I would highly recommend Gud Coffee!

I’m visiting in Valdosta for work and I wanted a good Salmon Nova Lox bagel, and theirs was just like I like it. Gud is a spacious coffee cafe, it has a modern vibe. I will certainly be trying other foods and drinks on the menu.

Love the downtown location and vibe. Latte was good and there are plenty of places to sit and work if you need to. I seek this place out when I come to Valdosta.
