Rude front desk staff. The man at the desk was condescending and seemed uninterested in checking us in, even as Hampton members. No surprise, we didn’t even stay here, went elsewhere for accommodations.
Good location average hotel in severe need of remodeling.
Needs renovation and upgrades. Not a bad side of town to be in with a lot of options nearby. For what you pay and this being a Hilton property, you just expect more.
Absolutely awful! I cannot believe Hilton puts their name out. Filthy, moldy with paint and wallpaper coming off! Filthy carpets, stained mattress and to top it off poop smeared in the toilet my the handle!!!!
Where do I start? This hotel was very unkept. Peeling wallpaper. Moldy sunk in floors few to water damage! The chairs were filthy the filters were filthy! The breakfast was sub-par. At $155.00 per night you would think that they would be able to keep the place up. Especially with it being a Hampton Inn. This does NOT in any capacity meet their brand standards at all! It definitely time for hotels to take over and in franchise these privately owned hotels! I am highly disappointed and concerned about safety as far as air quality and structure. Apparently they are remodeling the top floors currently. I haven’t seen not one contractor since checking in. The front desk staff in amazing and their customer service is impressive!
Hotel is getting renovated so hopefully they will be doing the rooms next. Lights flickered a lot. Mold around showers and toilet.
The AC was Amazing!!!
Breakfast was Horrible. Not enough options, and some of the stuff tasted stale.
The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Overall, besides the obvious, trash was cleaned, and the parking lot was also clean.
Pool area was clean and pool was great for swimming.
Would go back and look forward to seeing the remodel once completed.
I never leave reviews, but this hotel absolutely warrants one. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. While the staff were friendly, that’s where the positives end. The carpets in both the hallways and rooms are stained and fraying. The elevator handle was barely attached, and the couch in our suite had multiple stains, including on the pull-out mattress. It looked like it had seen some serious abuse, with over a dozen different stains—some of which were horrifying. The carpet felt sticky underfoot, and there was a strange red splatter on the mirror. The A/C barely worked, the bathroom ceiling had mold, and the wallpaper was peeling off above every door. Worst of all, you could hear every noise from the room above—footsteps, jumps, and door slams. I will never stay here again. Honestly, you’d be better off sleeping in your car.
We stayed at this property last night. Staff was very nice and friendly. This property is beyond tired! Exposed light fixture in the bathroom with what looked like water damage throughout the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. The light next to the bed was apparently repaired with electrical tape but didn’t hold. The hallway carpeting was so marked up with stains it was comical. We don’t need upscale but this is a place we will not stay again.
Rooms: Dirty and in need of serious upgrade

Definitely NOT the standard or value I expect from a Hampton. Felt like a cheap motel. Old, dingy, dirty carpets and furniture. Hallway floor was uneven and a tripping hazard, wall paper everywhere was peeling off and pieced back together. The door knob in the bathroom was falling off. TVs and Business center printers were off line. They blamed the weather, but didn’t work on a sunny day either. I felt scammed. I trusted that a Hampton Inn would be of a certain standard. It was also the most expensive Hampton I’ve stayed in. $199 for this cheap-feeling hotel.

Very disappointed! We were traveling and actually got in a disagreement w my wife. She wanted to save money on a room and I said no I want a nice room. When she said Hampton Inn I said book it. Hilton has standards. I will bet Hilton new the condition they will pull thier name.
139 a night I didn't expect the Ritz, but after the 40 tax and fees. Then add another 17.99 front desk booking fees after I booked it on line it was $180. I would never stay here again. Go somewhere else. If it's the last room in town keep driving.
This place is a dump. Our toilet leaked, the hallways look like they haven’t been vaccuumed in weeks, and were stained all over. Wallpaper is peeling everywhere. Frustrating that this brand has no consistency.

I should have listened to the other reviews, but I didn't believe a Hampton Inn could be this bad.
* The front desk clerk was annoyed by my checking in.
* The walk to the room was scary. Every piece of wallpaper is peeling. The carpet looks like the morning after a frat party.
* Luckily, the room was less scary. Not bad enough to call the desk, but not great. The lock was half off the hinge. The electric covers are broken. The curtains are mildewed.
* I didn't tempt fate by eating the free breakfast.
Avoid this one until they renovate.

Dirty and disgusting. Wallpaper falling down, dirty tables in the lobby, stained carpets. It looked like the whole place was water damaged.

This place is terribly run down. The reviews on the carpet, peeling walls, etc are 100% accurate! The suite we stayed in had mold on the pull out couch mattress but they appeared to be "sold out" as we weren't offered a different room....I presume there were blocked out rooms that were even grosser and not open for use BUT the worst thing that happened was that the first room we were given the door was locked from the inside. The staff made several attempts to open it and we could see a woman's bag on the entrance table. The room was obviously occupied but that didn't stop them from attempting to hacksaw into the room while the woman was (hopefully) sleeping!
We stayed here before and didn't want to stay here again. The second booking was an accident that will NOT be repeated. This hotel is not up to par with this hotel brand nor is it worth the $$ even though the staff is courteous and professional and the free breakfast is good and the morning crew serving it are awesome!!
